Refund
Delivery was speedy. A nice shirt but much bigger than I expected so I had to return it.
I was disappointed not to receive a full refund, leaving me £7.34 out of pocket.
When I rang the customer line the automated response was unhelpful.

Very prompt delivery
Very prompt delivery, safely packaged, as ordered.
Good quality socks, with 'soft top' but elasticated and grip around ankles.
I'm still searching for socks which don't make my 72 year old ankles swell . Guess I'll keep looking.

The refund process is poor
The refund process is really poor the fact you cannot receive a return label to â hotmail account isn’t great customer service. I had to call 4 times until eventually an employer sent a label from her personal email
It’s also m poor you have to pay return postage
