Ordered a jacket online the textd Jersey Blazer waited 4 days, and what a shock the jacket is not only badly finished it is only half lined, thats going to look great if I have to take it off.

My order was not delivered by Evri despite several unfulfilled rescheduled attempts rearranged by them. All communication ceased after the third date they suggested . Paid for next day delivery. CT offered to resend - no thank you having stayed in on 3 days ! Full refund received. Very disappointing experience. Won’t order online again

I had asked for my order to be left in…delivery not left safely
I had asked for my order to be left in a “safe place” the enclosed front porch inside my front door. I was dismayed to find when I got home my front door wide open onto the street with my parcel and coats and shoes exposed to whoever passed by. I tried to ring to complain but received no reply to my message. I now have little trust in the delivery service.

Lovely good quality trousers
Lovely trousers, and always good quality from Cotton Traders. I ordered my usual size 12 but exchanged for a size 14 which felt more comfortable. Really pleased with the trousers and would definitely recommend them.

Good, well-made products at reasonable prices, efficient ordering and delivery, excellent reports on delivery by e-mail. The lack of a fifth star is simply because there is quite little offered in smaller sizes (male, 36-in chest, 29-in waist), although this is true of many retailers, to be fair.

Sheets and pillowcases too small
I purchased a SuperKing size deep fitted sheet (400 thread count) and a pair of matching standard pillowcases. The quality of the cotton is good but the sheet is extremely tight - so much so that it hurts your hands to get it stretched over the mattress. The pillowcases are advertised as being 48cm x 76cm but they are, in fact, only 46cm x74.5cm, so they are also quite tight. Disappointing.
