Try item on straight away
Purchased a pair of trousers because I had previously bought trousers from Cotton Traders. I ordered the same size as the first pair but unfortunately didn't try them on as I assumed the fit would be the same. Sadly this isn't the case the new pair are huge. The size ordered was a 16 but these look and wear like at least an 18. They look ridiculous as they are so big so having worn them once I won't be wearing them again as I feel embarrassed to be seen in them.

Quality of goods is always good from this company. Prices are too high though.
One item received had wrong size and wrong item in the packet although tagged label correct. Checked returns but it would've cost me to return the item which would've been wrong considering the fault wasnt mine. Couldn't contact Customer service who didnt answer & ran out of 28 days to resolve
Disappointed with cost of return for faulty packaging error. Cost should be waived and made clear on returns info.

This is the first time I have used click and collect and although it seemed to take longer than home delivery, it was very straightforward.
I purchased a lightweight waterproof in jade, having already purchased the orange one and I am happy with both.
