I sent them back free of charge and hope to get the money back but probably not the original carriage charge. Now horrified to find that when I called their online number 08448441111 I have been charged £6-26. I was given no indication this would be such a charge for 5 minutes when I rang. Last time i

I had 2 pair of shoes which I thought would be soft and comfortable, however being a 6.5 I ordered size 7 but couldn't get my foot in the shoes so had to send back.

I LOVE MY PURCHASES
I have loved my purchases but I find the constant catalogues and adverts coming in the post and emails rather excessive. Once a month would be quite sufficient. Delivery after order of goods is first class
