Great company great clothes fast deliveries

Ordered shorts but other items arrived with a cover note saying the shorts would not be available until November. Later received message saying they were out of stock! Refunded pretty quickly however after sending an email. Returned t shirts as too short and small.

I have been a fan of Cotton Traders Oxford shirts for sometime and find their quality and colours very much to my taste. Unfortunately, I found this time the sizing for the Signature range is smaller than normal and I needed the size larger.However, as I'm trying to lose weight, I decided to keep the smaller size and invest in the larger ones as well. Quality & colour still great.

Evri have consistently failed to deliver my order ans despite promises fom Evri and Cotton Traders I am still waiting for my order. One Evri driver asked a neighbour which was no.5 and then took a photo and left .
The only contact with C.T has been Iniated by myself.
Evri is ruining your reputation

I ordered shorts for my husband to choose. The delivery was very prompt, returning some for smaller size via one of your stores was easy. I had to reorder and the refund was made. The second delivery was so quick and the shorts perfect. All good.

Men’s shorts are very nice but I will think twice before buying from you again as Evri is such a hopeless courier. I was informed by them that the parcel was out for delivery and then told they were unable to deliver! It eventually arrived four days later.

Items were excellent, love your products ( have changed from being an M&S shopper to Cotton Traders!)
Staff in shop where we collected very helpful as usual. However, the stock in the shop (Perth) is always very poor compared to catalogue. Would love if there was sometimes some of the lovelier lighterweight styles ( it's not always cold and wet up here!!!) Always have to order everything on line

Easy to use website selecting and paying. The delivery was good at 3 days from ordering.

Quality product, arriving promptly

Lovely dress. Fits true to size and drapes well. I'm 5ft 4in and the length is a perfect mid calf.
Could be worn smart or casual.

Product excellent quality and speed of delivery also, well, as far as the local EVRI hub! Very long story but the lady at Cotton traders Customer services excellent. After she intervened order was delivered promptly and no longer”returned to retailer”.She has to be highly commended for her customer service and this was appreciated. Well done!

In a hurry I didn't notice that I still had an old address recorded. Within 5 minutes of placing the order I contacted customer service to ask them to change the address or cancel the order. Couldn't do either. It's my fault for not checking properly but I'm human and humans make mistakes.

Their solution was wait for the tracking number and ask Evri to not deliver the parcel but return it to them. It's impossible to speak to someone at Evri so I raised an issue via their chat service, which was acknowledged but didn't stop the delivery.

The parcel has been delivered to my old address which is 100 miles away. I have no way of contacting anyone to get the parcel sent on or to ask them to send it back to Cotton Traders.

To have no way of helping a customer who has made an unfortunate mistake and expect an uncontactable 3rd party to help is just about the worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a retired IT specialist I know it would be a minimal systems change to allow customer services to sort out this type of issue. They just can't be bothered.

I will NEVER buy from Cotton Traders again.

Over the many years I have dealt with cotton traders I have found there clothes etc; to be of excellent value for the cost,the sizes are true sizes and dealing with them is a breeze with quick delivery.
