I ordered item on line which had to be returned .
I visited my nearest store and reordered in a different size to be sent to my home address.
The staff were very helpful. I received the new order four days later.

So comfortable and warm
One of those items you see. Like it then think do I really want it. After looking at it 2 or 3 times I thought dont really need it but I do like it. So bought it and am very pleased i did. It is a good fit. Lovely and warm and just perfect

Impeccable staff
The lady at the Beverley branch was most helpful in arranging for an online purchase to be returned, a replacement item from the shop to be purchased, and a further online order to be placed which has just been delivered.

Smart clothing both casual and formal at competitive prices. I have been wearing their polo shirts for several years and they are great quality and usually have regular offers throughout the year.

Excellent Service
Within the last few months, I have bought 13 shirts and 1 pair of trousers in the Beverley Store. All my purchases were of very good quality, of which I cannot fault. The staff in this store are very helpful and polite in their manner. They're all a credit to the Cotton Traders Company, from the Manager and her Staff. I will be shopping at the Store more regularly. Absolute brilliant service. Well done.
