Cotton Traders have an easy to use Web Site. Ordering is easy and delivery is quick. The quality of products is second to none. The range of sizes and colours give a great choice to suit most tastes. You will need to go a long way to find a better company to deal with.

I usually wait till items are on sale or at least reduced in price. The most recent items were out of stock when they were advertised and I waited 4 months for them to be delivered, apart from that I enjoy shopping for Cotton Traders good quality items.

Well made jacket with nice detailing
The jacket is well designed and well made. I needed to exchange it for a different size and found this was easy to do with a phone call.

Trousers
Good ordering and delivery service. I have several pairs of the jeans and trousers. Love the fit but only issue is the waistbands feel bulky and the elastic twists round.

Shocking courier!
Cotton Traders offers good products, but the delivery service lets them down badly. My delivery instructions clearly state that parcels should be left at the back door, with the side gate code provided, and that the doorbell should be rung. Instead, parcels are regularly thrown over the gate. On the most recent delivery, I was at home, yet the courier did not ring the bell. When I challenged him, he told me he "doesn't use doorbells", which is simply unacceptable.
Because the courier cannot be relied upon to follow even basic instructions, I have now switched to using a collection point instead of home delivery. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. My last Cotton Traders order arrived with an item missing and the bag appeared to have been resealed. To Cotton Traders' credit, the issue was resolved quickly and the missing item was replaced and reshipped.
However, the replacement shipment was then incorrectly marked as "returned due to refusal on delivery" despite it being sent to a collection point, making that explanation impossible. Until Cotton Traders moves away from Evri, I suspect delivery-related complaints will continue. Very disappointing, as the products themselves are generally good.
