I have always found Cotton Traders extremely helpful. Ordering no problems, refunds totally efficient. I have used Cotton Traders many times. Cloths good material and well made.

Shocking courier!
Good products, but the delivery service lets Cotton Traders down. My instructions clearly state to ring the doorbell and leave parcels at the back door, with the side gate code provided. Instead, parcels are simply thrown over the gate. During the latest delivery I was at home, yet the courier did not ring the bell. When challenged, he said he "doesn't use doorbells". Until Cotton Traders moves away from Evri, I suspect delivery complaints will continue. Very disappointing.

I bought a man's cardigan online and…
I bought a man's cardigan online and when I was able to track the item I noticed the address was not my address. I finally spoke to an operative who could only suggest contacting Every with a return to depot order. He assured me my payment would be returned to my account within 5 working days. That was on the 20th August and still my refund is missing. Please sort this out ASAP

Parcel arrived when expected.
I was pleased with the quality of the jacket and the colour was good. The item was true to size.
The downside is the end of the sleeves. When putting on the jacket sleeve the lining comes out a bit.

Cotton Traders has always supplied the good as required when required
Cotton Traders has always supplied the goods I have ordered and kept me informed when to expect them. They have always been delivered approximately 15 minutes within the ETA. (The last ordered was actually delivered before I was able to read the ETA email).

Unless next day delivery is selected in the options. It can take Evri well over a week to deliver, even though they say they have the parcel in their hub. And often often Everi sends confusing messages about items being delivered, when they haven't. Then send messages saying its on its way. Cotton Traders otherwise are a very good company.
