Running a small business is hard enough these days without the added pressure of dealing with complete morons and their vile abuse
At the risk of getting slated online, I feel the need to stand up and give my business a voice when I feel we have been unjustly treated.
In this case, we have done nothing wrong at all.
You ordered, we sent. You were not in on two occasions so your item was left at Newquay Delivery Office as it was an Age Verified package. You then collected it half an hour after we emailed you.
You were incapable of reading the tracking information, so asked us where it was.
We said ‘The tracking says Newquay delivery office so I would guess it's the main one at 31-33 East Street TR7 1BU’
You then released a torrent of foul-mouthed filth at us (the swear words need **** on here)
‘You guess where the thing I've given you £100 for
You guess where it is
🤣 are you having a laugh
I want to know exactly where my purchase is not a guess as to it's location
Can i have a full refund plse

‘I can see you have collected it so I will not be refunding.
You are entitled to return it at your cost if you wish

I do not tolerate any abuse, so I would appreciate an apology for your foul mouthed rant in your previous mail
There is simply no need for it.
I do not need your business again in the future, please choose another supplier to be rude to’

‘Thanks. I don't tolerate people guessing the location of items I've paid them for.
Do i tell customers who order food
I guess it's on its way .
If you have to guess, it tells me you obviously don't know.
So i suggest you be honest in future.
If that's how you think a business is run, on guesses and assumptions then good luck with that .
And you're more expensive than other knife suppliers.
I only used you because others didn't have the 25cm knife in stock
I could of just waited and I'd of got it cheaper and in the same time

You are correct, you will not be using us again as we will not accept any order from you.
There is absolutely no need fore this, it’s no different to walking into a shop and hurling abuse at the staff.

You appear to be a totally unpleasant person and good luck to anyone who has the displeasure of dealing with you in the future.
