Lovely scents will order again

Products are great for my candle making. Never have a problem. Good communication and delivery. Won't buy anywhere else. Prices are reasonable.

Been really happy with both the wax and the scents ive bought so far, great quality. Still newish to candle making but getting good results

It was my first time ordering with cozy owl and my Oder was almost £200.

Like that you can order samples so you can find the scent you love the smell from oils is amazing not overly strong will be buying again sokn

This was my first time ordering from Cosy Owl, a variety of fragrance oils, candle making kits, lids and wax dyes. Although being told that the order would arrive much later due to catching up after Xmas whichbwas very well communicated via email they actually arrived just a couple of days late so I was very grateful ! Wax dye chips are amazing I dont think I will go back to liquid dye, the scents ive used so far are amazing ! I will definitely be re ordering from here :)

Lovely scents and a good deal on 10 for the price of 5 on the 10 ml bottles not started my candle making yet but the scents are lovely

Well what a selection of fragrance s to choose from. I make purfume in a nursing home with the residents.

Love the kit but still waiting for clarification on how to make candles as the leaflet says one thing and the website says another.

If the review were for scent alone, it would be 5 out of 5 with ease. Fantastic strong and popular scents. Pricier than some other suppliers but fragrance load lower so effectively not much more money.
But the dispatch was sluggish, had an unresponded email (like others have mentioned) and tracking details were not provided when it was shipped.

That in itself is a schoolboy error. That will drive customer contacts that are just unnecessary. Include tracking details on the shipped email and let the customer self manage the delivery . Understand a royal mail comes but that can be a day or so after the dispatch notification from cosy owl.

Also hope the long lead time for shipping was a festive period thing so will try again in hope that improves

Have been using Cosy Owl for my candle making supplies for some time now, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Im a novice. And the thing i liked best about the web site was the selection of products and information about them. It was really helpful. Delivery was prompt too.

So many lovely Fragrance's to choose from and the one's I have ordered have all smelt fantastic. All the products have been great. Very efficient service and quick dispatch and delivery.
