Absolutely brilliant company! The scents & products are amazing & the staff are too!😁😁

I have tried many different companies to purchase my wax melts and home fragrance products from. I can 100% hand on heart say that I will NEVER try another company’s products after finding Cosy Aromas. Their customer service is outstanding. Have contacted them a couple of times (through fault of my own when ordering), and have had a very quick response and my problem rectified straight away. I have never known a company be so customer orientated. They offer incentives for being loyal to their company, give a huge range of discounts on products and give vouchers or discounts when you subscribe to a monthly VIP box. Their wax melts are phenomenal. The scent lasts for a very long time before needing replacing. The room sprays, fragrance oils and carpet fresheners are equally as great as the wax melts. I always receive compliments on how lovely my home smells when using these products. 5 star service. 5 star products. If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would do so. Love, love, love these products.

I have been buying from Cosy Aromas almost from when they started out. Their wax melts are fabulous. Great quality soy wax and the fragrances last a very long time. Good choice of fragrances as well.
This little Company also make Home Fragrance products. Carpet Fresheners and Room Sprays. Oils as well for diffusers. Their Bath and Body products are amazing.
Cosy Aromas have great customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. Queries and problems are dealt with immediately and efficiently.
Cosy like to include their customers in the business as much as possible. Lots of online interaction by way or the Facebook Community Group or Live online events.
Almost a family atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Cosy Aromas for wax melts and other Home fragrances. They are second to none.

Fabulous is the only word to describe Cosy Aromas. I have only join in Nov 23 and never looked back. Their products are strong, a good selection of scents. I love their live events so much fun to watch and join in. They keep their updating scents monthly to keep their customers happy and are keen to take on board any customer suggestions Also great customer service a really good team keep it up

For many years I have loved filling my home with amazing scents from some of the most renowned candle and wax melts companies, when I stumbled upon Cosy Aromas I was completely hooked!! They have so many fantastic products from wax melts, candles, room sprays, fragrance oils, carpet fresheners and bath & body products complementing their many fragrances I was totally blown away!! I won’t shop anywhere else, it will only be Cosy Aromas for me.

Having been a Cosy customer for a few years now i thought id write a review to explain why i keep coming back to this brand for my home fragrance products.

Firstly, the quality. Its simply the best iv found, Cosy products are in my opinion far superior to others. They are well priced and the scents are strong and long lasting. The new packaging is very chic & looks great. The products are also pet safe so can be used if safely if you have any four legged friends!

Secondly, the range. There is an amazing range of products/scents available. Wax melts, oils, room sprays & soaps, also exclusive VIP products like carpet freshners & candles. There is something for everyone, a great variety of scents, from laundry to fruity, floral to dupes of popular perfumes & aftershaves. The 20g wax samples are a great way to try them all.

Thirdly, a friendly & fun customer community built by the owners. The customer service has always been brilliant, iv always had a swift reply to any question iv needed answering. There is a very big online group avaliable to customers, where we are kept up to date with new products, competitions and live shops which are always popular. Paul, Tamar & the team are always very involved in the group and its clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. I really cannot recommend Cosy Aromas enough, and im sure if you give them a try you wont be disappointed either.

Amazing company, not only for there lovely wax melts and bath body products but for the personal service, we had this company made some personalised wedding favours for us for our wedding, we had gifts for bridesmaids and for family members, from the initial enquiry to the finished product nothing was too much trouble, we had beautiful scented candles in personalised boxes, these were simply perfect, if your looking for something different, something personal and something everyone will love… go check out cosy!

They do a live on Facebook,and offer huge bargains and also do competitions.

I’ve been with cosy aromas for almost five years, since finding cosy aromas, I have finally found the wax company I love, I won’t be changing. Their waxes are beautiful, a scent for all tastes, the longevity of the scent is what I love as it makes them great value for money. Since joining cosy, I’ve not been disappointed with customer care, service or product, it’s all be excellent. I used to use two very well known big brands, but I only use cosy now as my home smells the best it ever has, even delivery guys comment on what a great smell when I open the door. The wax melts smell amazing and are strong. There is an amazing selection of scents. I have also used the carpet fresheners which again have strong scents and the soaps. Great value for money and really friendly staff.

Every single product I have tried from this company has been fantastic! The customer service is amazing and delivery times are so quick. Cosy have a great range of products and fragrances, they are also always coming up with themes etc. An amazing company that values its customers.

So whats so great about cosy aromas.....valve for money, scent throw is long lasting, 4 exclusive wax melts each month which could be perfume dupes, fruity or floral, clean & fresh, have a community face book page, always doing live shops with exclusive products and supporting charity's (guide dog, miscarriage association).

No company can be 5* without an exceptional product. These guys have not only created the most exquisite and strong range of wax melts and home products…. They also have built an amazing self service website and helpful staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Having tried many different wax melt brands with mixed success I’m always sceptical about trying something new. When a friend introduced me to Cosy Aromas I was pleasantly surprised at how strong and long lasted the scents were.
My first purchase arrived promptly and I have made many, many more since. They have such a wide variety of scents and I love their live events and the products they produce to raise funds for charities.
The company is very friendly and any issues are dealt with promptly.

Cosy Aromas - what a fantastic company! Great customer service, the best wax melts i've ever used (and i've tried a lot) strong scents, long lasting, great design on the packaging, eco friendly. Not only do Cosy Aromas do wax melts, but there's gorgeous candles, long lasting beautiful room sprays, carpet fresheners, liquid hand soaps, bubble baths, body butters, shower cremes, lip balms...so many wonderful products and they are all made to such a high standard. Even the Cosy Community are such a friendly bunch, there's always someone to chat with. I've been a member for almost 6 years and seen Cosy Aromas go from strength to strength.
