Gotta be honest, they delivered the items I ordered within 3 days and I was delighted with them.

Do NOT. Sent me a horrible costume that was wayyy off the sizing chart and then refused the return after dragging out their responses for over a month. Junk. Just do NOT.

Would not give this company any stars!It was only way I could access review.I ordered a Halloween item several weeks ago and still waiting.I sent enquiry email and was advised was due to busy period (Although web site claims will be delivered within 2-3 days!Ha no chance.....do not order anything from this set up.....

Would have given zero stars if possible. Do not use this scam company. No costume arrived despite a 2-3 day promise. Many emails sent to chase. Daughter had no costume for Halloween. Had to report it to my bank who took the case on to resolve. Received an email from costumes.com today to apologise for no arrival of costume but no acceptance of the fact it was never sent in the first place. Really really poor and disappointing. Cannot be a real company.

I actually feel really silly for ordering now having found these reviews!! It’s an absolute scam, same experience as everybody else. I ordered a costume for my son for Halloween on 22 October, obviously it hasn’t arrived. Also no response to emails.

Terrible service. Order placed over a week ago and cash collected. Cancelled on 31/10 - thanks!
No refund received as yet either

Ordered costume 25th October paid standard delivery 2/3 business days, still no costume by 31st Oct (and a very upset child)
Chased order, contacted company by email 3 times, no response and still no delivery!
If I could give ‘0’ stars I would!!

Company finally responded on 11th November to state they couldn’t fulfil my order and would arrange a refund, the refund which I am still waiting for 3 weeks later.

Ordered two items for Halloween next day delivery, recieved no items for a full 4 days, I emailed the site multiple time and had no replies, I suspect it's a scam site do not order from them.

Paid for next day delivery, a week later item has still not arrived. I have sent 4 emails asking for an update even if its just to say sorry but the item had been delayed, needless to say no response. I would not recommend buying from this company

Will not use this company again. Ordered costume for my son on 23/10/225. 2-3 days delivery. Still waiting and Halloween tom and now my son is left without a costume.

I placed an order for a costume for my son for Halloween on the 26th of October and paid the additional charge of £5.99 for next day delivery. It is now the 30th and I still haven’t received my order, or any update on to whether it has been dispatched or not. I have also emailed customer service twice and had no response. Not only is this highly unprofessional and disappointing, it is also starting to seem like a complete and utter scam. And to add insult to injury, the confirmation email you receive after purchase, clearly states the delivery times for each postal service - which for this site is clearly a load of utter nonsense. I now have a very disappointed 4 year old, and I am extremely frustrated. I would NOT recommend ordering from this website as they either clearly have no sense on how to run a business or they are taking advantage of paying customers close to Halloween without any intention of fulfilling any orders. If anyone from customer service is reading this, I would at least appreciate the courtesy of a response.

I get that they have a holiday rush for Halloween, but if you cannot fulfil orders then say so on the website and give realistic timeframes.
It was items will be dispatched the following day and delivered within the time period you select. Nearly a week later and it's still not dispatched - no email or update or anything.
After chasing I get told it might arrive in time. Luckily I have the option to request a refund, which I have, we will see how long that takes to come through.

Don't use this business if you need it within a given timeframe.

I buy for my child a costumein 21st and payd a maximum for delivery, to be delivered next day...Today is 23th October, still didnt arrive...My child didnt get to school Halloween Disco party...Thank you very much !

Refund policy is horrible. My final email I sent to them said… Let me make sure I am understanding.

I placed my order July 29th
My order arrived August 4th
I requested a return slip on August 11
My return slip arrived August 16 after I had to send additional emails asking for it.

So I missed the 15 day FROM PURCHASE return window? They never replied. 15 day from purchase return window is insane. I had every intention of returning and buying again one size up, but because of this super short return window I will be shopping elsewhere.

If I could give them 0 stars it would’ve been better. I paid for next day delivery unfortunately it arrived around 5 days LATE! I returned the costumes it has been more than 14 days and I still haven’t received my refund!!!!!!! I’m now having to go through my bank to help me process this. I wish I checked the reviews before even buying from this company. When I emailed I was told there was no one to help for uk enquiries absolutely rubbish!

Awful experience took over a month to get a refund. The reason I wanted refund was because the wrong size had been sent. I had to do 4 separate emails to continually chase up my refund and if I hadn't I don't believe I would ever have been refunded

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. By far the worst costumer service I have ever seen. They received my return 10/14/24 and I still have not received my refund. After NUMEROUS emails, zero numbers to contact, and very slow responses they are telling me they are “still reviewing”. I will never use this site again and I recommend to anyone who plans to go literally go anywhere BUT this site.

Terrible quality, ordered 4 Halloween costumes and all were terrible. 1 was ok but had a missing hat! Been over 2 weeks now still not recieved my refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
