we purchased whatwas supposed to be Vintage-Washed Floral Embroidered womans baseball caps, they were 29.99each in three different flowered scenes. I ordered them for a friend that liked them.
1st i could not establish they were even shipped that took weeks and i was ready to call my bank when they arrived
2nd when they arrived they are not embroided at all.
they are a flowered material, the stitching was a mess on two of them and right ontop of the hat so you could see the sloppy stitching. Not only false advertising but over charged drastically. I wanted to return them but she asked me to contact them first they were not worth 29.99. but the site was then listed as unsafe, and it was hard enough to get them so i just want to warn people the product you see, the description your given is not what you get.
First the ad for Christmas glasses is misleading. You only get one glass not 6 as advertised. The angel box decoration is made from plastic not glass and not glass. Very cheap looking. I paid $60.00 for an angel box and 1 glass. Sent a request 2 days ago for return which I have to pay for and the company will deduct $10.00. If I do get a refund, which does not look likely, it will not be $60.00.
CostCrow.com is a clothing website that has been popping up on several other sites as a total scam, and I can now confirm. The products they advertise online DO NOT match the products you receive, and their customer service hot-buttons to request a refund/exchange is a non-functioning link. Even after locating an email for them, and emailing them three separate times over the period of two months, I have not received a single reply from them.
NOTE: I can provide Screenshots of Costcrow website, along with photos of the garbage I received, as well as an order number as evidence to back this claim.
