The item did take a long time to arrive in Canada. The tracking app reported the item was in Shanghai when it was already in the town near to us.

Horrible packaging, silky item sent balled up. Will need to be sent to a dry cleaner to remove all the wrinkles. Due to the many layers this is quite expensive. I would expect this from companies l... Se mer

The Costumes from Cosplaysky.ca are all hand-made, can be daily used, this is the main difference between our costumes and other fancy dress and cheap mass products.

Order didn’t come in on time was late…

Order didn’t come in on time was late so the reason for ordering it got passed and while low and behold now it’s just a Halloween costume instead of the original use guess what I’m trying to say is don’t bother paying extra to have it shipped so it gets here in time cause it’s not gonna make it

Careless packaging

The belt looked like it was used with dollar store crafts the stars on top of it was folded that caused the stars to lift and peel on the corners. It wasn’t assembled properly, the packaging was bad and careless it ruined the costume.

Problems

The hat arrived in good time. I was glad to have the tracking function so I could see where it was.
The hat itself is more like a pirate's hat and not the Napoleonic bicorne hat I was expecting. Also, it was squashed in a bag and will be hard to return it to its original shape.

Never received our product...no refund

Never received our product...no refund. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Zelda costume for our puppy to match my son's Link costume for Halloween. Our 8 year old son was thrilled to find the same costume for our puppy as trick-or-treat as a pair. Unfortunately, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's have come and gone and no costume. Not to mention, if it did happen to arrive, or great dane puppy is now 100 lbs and wouldn't fit into the costume. Disappointed kid and disappointed mama.
