Pessima esperienza con commesse fastidiose che non accettano il no.

Le commesse sono state estremamente invadenti e maleducate: già all’ingresso ti “accalappiano” con la scusa di “solo 2 minuti”, che poi diventano 4 e alla fine ti ritrovi bloccata per oltre 20 minuti, da cui sono riuscita a liberarmi solo interrompendole con decisione.

Al mio rifiuto per un trattamento, hanno continuato a insistere facendomi anche pesare il fatto che loro stavano “perdendo tempo” per aiutarmi. Hanno ridacchiato prendendo in giro me - la cliente- dopo aver gentilmente detto che non gradivo la prova di un altro trattamento dato che ero di fretta (il tutto era nato con un ‘hai 2 minuti?’). Un comportamento assolutamente poco professionale e fastidioso. Se un cliente dice no, il no va rispettato senza pressioni.

Ho comprato due dispositivi alla fiera di Bolzano ad aprile 2025
Nuna ed Eneo Classic, più di 3000 euro. Una truffa, nessun miglioramento. Non comprate nulla. Solo chiacchere!!!

As I was shopping I was called into the shop .unfortunately I went in , I was told I have black puffy eyes and would need some treatment which machine costs of 300e then a eye and face cream total cost 700e ...I explained I get micro needle and facial at home she basically said my skin was a mess
Shop assistant was not happy when I left ....I think I will trust my wonderful beautian back home more then a sales assistant

Cosmo Clinic offered me a free skincare service after I purchased a product from them.
After my treatment they said the “big boss” was there and he wanted to meet me and finish the skin treatment on me.
He walked in like he was my long time friend.
He told me this Eneo device would change my skin appearance. He showed me before and after photos of a women’s legs and said I could achieve the same results if I used the eneo once a week and he would personally ensure it. He said he wanted to monitor my results every 45 to 60 days and continue his treatments near me (as I don’t reside in Italy.) He said he is in the country where I am all the time and it will be easy to continue the treatments there. He even made an appointment with me in a town near me and then cancelled and never rescheduled. I feel deceived. I only purchased the Eneo machine because he said he would ensure similar results to the photos he showed me and because he said our continued treatments would be around where I am.
He said this was all included if I purchased the device. And the warranty was included and creams any time I needed them. He said he would send me his recommended instructions that evening.
I never received those instructions. I never received the warranty. And he has not been in communication with me about scheduling those continued treatments near my house.
An employee has sent me creams.
But I agreed to purchasing the machine because the owner said he would ensure results and do the included continued treatments near me. He has not followed through on his side of the agreement. He has my money and won’t give a refund and won’t fulfill his agreement.
I am out so much money. I am sad and sickened.

I read the reviews for the device after I purchased it. They speak about the problems; the issues with the machine and issues with the business practices who sell this product.

Frequento il centro di via Cappello a Verona dal 2016. Ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare Yfat, una professionista preparata che mi ha seguito e consigliato sempre in maniera professionale ed efficace. Dopo un suo trattamento si esce rilassati e rinnovati, con un aspetto ben diverso da quello dell'entrata!!! Peccato che vivo a Udine e non posso frequentare ogni mese!Consiglio assolutamente!

Frequento Cosmo Clinic di Verona dal 2016 e sono felice di far parte di questa “famiglia”. I prodotti sono fantastici e danno i risultati che ti aspetti e le persone, in particolare Yifat ed Elena, sono persone meravigliose, super professionali e sempre attente alle esigenze del cliente. Con loro mi sento sempre super coccolata e i trattamenti sono sempre oltre le mie aspettative. Lo consiglio vivamente e mi auguro di continuare con loro per altri lunghi anni, Grazie.

Mi sono imbattuta per caso e sono diventata una frequentatrice per un periodo(6 mesi nel fatidico anno 2020, costretta rinunciare per motivi esclusivamente personali).Ho usufruito dei loro servizi e prodotti: personale squisito e professionale, prodotti di un alto calibro che però danno i risultati sia promessi che attesi.Consiglio vivamente, sarà una bellissima esperienza!
