Unhappy with the customer service provided by chat - there never seem to be any agents during uk daytime.
Gifted me free spins which didn’t work on the games stated (both said I needed to deposit money - but bonus list said I’ve started them?!)
Have emailed support but no reply.
2 stars is for choice of games and because I haven’t been able to test the withdrawal process yet.

Joined them tonight I went through the verification but just to be sure I checked with the online chat it took 15 min to get back to me they were very rude and when I asked if I was verified they said yes but if I make a withdrawal they may want further info so I asked what so I can send it they said they don’t know which has never happened at any casino I have been with they did not want to tell me just incase I won I then said that want good enough and left they then logged me out and have now blocked me !! Stay Away – Account Closed and Winnings Stolen

I deposited real money on Cosmobet and took their 200% deposit bonus. I played normally and respected the rules. When my balance reached zero, the bonus was automatically canceled by their system (I never asked for it).

After that, I simply opened the bonus features I had already triggered during play. This gave me some winnings. Everything was fair and transparent on my side.

But instead of letting me withdraw, Cosmobet permanently closed my account, claiming I “violated” their Terms and Conditions (paragraphs 3, 9, and 10). All my winnings were confiscated, including money I deposited myself. This is nothing but theft and fraud.

Legitimate casinos don’t punish players for system behavior outside their control. Cosmobet clearly looks for excuses to avoid paying winners.

Arnaque et blocage de compte !

J’ai déposé de l’argent sur Cosmobet et profité de leur bonus de dépôt, en jouant normalement et en respectant les règles. Quand mon solde est tombé à zéro, le bonus s’est annulé tout seul (sans que je le demande). Ensuite j’ai ouvert mes bonus restants et gagné un peu d’argent.

Résultat ? Mon compte a été fermé définitivement avec comme excuse une “violation des règles” totalement floue. Tous mes gains ont été annulés, y compris mon dépôt de base. C’est du vol pur et simple !

Horrendous! Please avoid this site - I have used them for quite a while and they aren’t paying winnings to friends of mine. I also got scammed a few months ago - small withdrawals ok, but larger wins you will have to take them to court as don’t even acknowledge complaints

Sent cards via email to kyc and were verified within 24 hours then requested withdrawal again and got it same day, 4 figures too.
Can’t complain with the site had no issues so far.

Don't use Cosmobet. No response for 24 hours. Funds blocked. I have never seen worse service. I will do my best to make sure more people know about this.

Used the site for a few months and I have to say lots of areas they could improve.
Withdrawal times (not wkd) your withdrawal can be sat pending for 18 hours. The instant messenger support, times I've waited 20 mins and not once have they actually solved the issue. The email support, my last issue was to rectify a game fault on roulette, the game took my money but didn't spin. It took numerous emails and 8 days to solve even though I sent specific screenshots of incidents including times etc. lots of games can't be used in the UK even when using vpns. Normal UK users without bons Wil be limited to a couple of providers.
Positive I suppose is getting free spins when you have lost money, this depends on just how much you have lost however no take back or cash back unless you use crypto.
Definitely need to focus on the customer services, players should not have to wait days for responses from support, that's simply not good enough and this isn't isolated it's a common theme.
Added reply to Cosmo bet , today's date 01/09/25. Just to confirm I contacted the instant messenger service on the site with a "specific" problem, they asked me to email support, I emailed support and it took over five days for a reply and seven or eight to resolve. Other occasions I've waited three days for replies from "support" which let's be honest isn't great particularly when it's a site issue. Hope this clarifies.
