We’re sorry for your frustration and would like to clarify the situation.

We already replied to your email on December 3, informing you that the order was placed with the wrong destination country. Since we have decided to temporarily suspend shipments to the United States, due to new customs measures recently implemented by U.S. Customs authorities, the order was automatically canceled and scheduled for a refund, in accordance with our policy.

The refund was issued on December 4, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

ordered skin sceptical HA intensifier. It was a fake, I've used this product for years and this was watery with a faint smell. Have emailed and am awaiting response, having read these reviews I'm not holding out much hope.

In reply to the reply, I have emailed and asked for details to return the items and received no response. That's why I put a review on trust pilot. I could not recommend your products or your customer service.

We really value feedback from our customers and take it into consideration in order to improve in the future. We recently made a substantial change to our website in terms of image and content. Information regarding the possibility of import tax, although present at checkout and in the FAQs, was overlooked by some consumers, and for this reason we decided to make this information more evident at checkout. Upon arrival in the destination country, additional customs fees may be charged and stores do not have any influence in the processes.

The service was satisfactory; however, there was a transportation issue. The parcel arrived damaged, and I lost several ampoules.
However, the delivery was quick, and it was great to be informed about my parcel's whereabouts.

Ordered a cream which was not available…

Ordered a cream which was not available in Ireland, well so surprised it arrived on 2 days seriously.

She was happy, it was the right one and she couldnt get it anywhere over here.

Judgeing by this, i was so impressed, would highly recommend them.

Not the best first purchasing experience.

Unfortunately the item I purchased in my very first order with Cosmetic2go was lost in transit and never arrived. The company offered me a refund after I had waited a long time and then never received it. They finally investigated and found that it was lost. I placed the same order again and received it as I was informed it went via a different courier. I was disappointed by the long wait, the lost first order and having to chase things up with the company.

In your initial purchase, you selected the standard shipping method, which is handled by a logistics operator different from the one used for express deliveries. Unfortunately, after our investigation, we confirmed that the parcel had indeed been lost in transit. In such cases, it is our policy to issue an immediate refund, as we did once the loss was confirmed.

For your second order, you chose the express shipping method, which is managed by a different logistics provider. We are pleased to see that this order was delivered correctly and without any issues.

Please note that this situation does not mean that the standard shipping service is unreliable — it was simply an isolated incident of loss in transit, which, although rare, can occasionally happen.
