Love my pram but customer service for Ireland is shocking. My pram went on the 18th of may to be repaired with a company in Armagh through the costatto warranty and it is now the 24th of June tomorrow and still no update on when I will actually receive it back. I spoke to one person, Wes, who actually seemed like he wanted to help, all the others were very much ‘there’s nothing we can do’ response. Which I do not think is good enough, I have a 3 month old baby, a 3 year old, a 4 year old and a 6 year old, all whom I need to get to school and preschool and use the pram daily. I was told if I send it the Monday I would get it back the Wednesday but I’m still sat waiting for any sort of update to tell me when I will be receiving my pram. The customer service in my opinion could be better as it is the 6th week now without it and I have not even been offered a replacement or a temporary replacement. I don’t ever like giving bad reviews but I don’t seem to be getting any response or help.

In regards to the product, we have been using our Cosatto Supa stroller for four years now and cannot fault it. Our boy loves the design and has always loved how comfortable it is regardless of him growing up and getting bigger.

Recently bought a giggle 4 bundle for my now 6 week old, I noticed a thud when rolling the buggy today, to find a small buckle in the front tyre. I immediately contacted support and without even asking me questions they forwarded me the order number for my replacement tyres. Very satisfied with the customer service

I would not recommend the woosh 4 pushchair I have had very bad experience with it my 8 month old fell out of it she was all strapped into the pushchair and all of a sudden the straps opened up and she fell onto the tile floor causing her nose to bleed and mark on her forehead so it was a doctor and hospital trip to get her checked over the straps on the pushchair must be faulty why use a magnet straps instead of using proper straps on a babies pushchair

I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this company. I originally purchased the “Everything Bundle,” which included the 4-piece set (the trio pram, Boogie, car seat + larger forward-facing car seat and ISOFIX base) and I’ve been so impressed with the quality from day one.
The materials feel premium, the straps are secure and well-made, and everything has clearly been designed with both comfort and safety in mind. It’s also incredibly practical, the base folds down so easily, which makes everyday use and travelling much less stressful.
Because I was so happy with my first purchase, I later bought the “Cosatto Yo” travel stroller along with the matching travel bag, and again the quality exceeded my expectations. Lightweight, compact, stylish, and perfect for trips away.
It’s rare to find a company that combines beautiful design, functionality, and reliability so well. You can really tell they care about creating products that make life easier for parents. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for baby travel systems or strollers, definitely worth the investment.

I bought the cosatto pram set a few months back for my first baby and one part of the pram set get ruined I was so upset as I didn’t think I’d be able too buy that part separately
I got in contact with one of the cosatto team Wes and he was so understanding and helpful and he sent me out a replacement free of charge best pram company hand down

I bought the Yo! Double Stroller and it's such a poor design. Do not buy. The sun canopy is the most pointless thing on the stoller. Even in their marketing both the baby and toddler have sun in their eyes. I've tried to get other brands of extending visors to attach to canopy and it barly works. I don't feel you should have to buy additional items to try and fail to make something work. The foot break keeps coming on by itself too when going down a hill. Do not buy!!!

Update since response:
"may not meet everyone’s expectations". There had been not one occasion where the canopy has kept sun out of the eyes of my baby or toddler who are different sizes. Surely the bare minimum would be the keep the sun out at any point, so I'm a bit confused as this poor design would meet NO ONES EXPECTATIONS. You can even see it doesn't keep sun out of eyes in your marketing images. I have already been in touch with your team and they have not helped me and I was only enquiring about help with sun canopy because I stupidly though they might be able to help. I've since bought a fourth canopy extender and can't use this again because of the way this buggy is designed. I only contacted your customer service about the canopy and not brake because how can they help with my brake? Are they going to come to my house to fix?

I got my problem with my pushchair fixed straight away and they were very helpful, great products and great customer service

Stroller is perfect

I have two of your pram. The wow 3 travel system, the pink unicorn travel buggy, the pink unicorn high chair and the pink travel car seat… I love them all. Fantastic design, high quality & wonderul customer service behind the product. World class! Thank you, Jennifer & Aurora
