Do not buy from this company. It is a scam company selling cheap shoes from china that take weeks to arrive and most certainly are nothing like what’s advertised on their website. My shoes arrived in a plastic bag all crushed and folded over. They were cheap plastic and poorly fitted.

Ignore all the reassurances about refunds you won’t get one from them. They make you jump through all sorts of hoops and you hear nothing back from them. I have had to get a refund via a charge back on my credit card.

Customer service initially seems good but it is all a ruse to draw you in.

Do not buy from this company, my order looked nothing lije the shoes advertised and we’re the wrong size.
I received a link to an order form that does not work. I have emailed multiple times and called the number on the website… No response

An absolute sham of a company!
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes not realising they were coming from overseas - my fault for missing that detail on the website. The order total was well over £100 so I was expecting reasonable quality.
One pair was dispatched fairly quickly however took several weeks to actually arrive. In the meantime there seemed to be no movement at all on the other 2 pairs so I contacted them asking for them to be cancelled from the order. I received confirmation from “Sarah” that she was passing this through to the relevant department who would then send confirmation of the cancellation and refund. That confirmation never came despite many, many emails back and forth asking for this to be done. I realise now I was just being fobbed off and they never intended to honour my right to cancel at all.
Eventually the other 2 pairs were delivered - despite me requesting cancellation well before they were dispatched - and as with the first pair, they’re just cheap tat which id never have ordered had I realised. Definitely not worth the price.
I then requested a return but instead of just processing it per my consumer law rights they sent me a link where there are ridiculous questions asking all sorts of questions and requiring photos - it doesn’t allow you to not complete any part of it so it’s almost impossible to complete.
Do not order from this company, you will regret it just as I have!

I only gave one star because I can't give no stars! This company's shoes are junk. When I made the purchase my credit card was flagged because it is a China based company. I am trying to return the shoes because the quality is awful but it is impossible to get in touch with costumer service. The phone number provided is BOGUS. Do not purchase items from this company!

I requested to cancel and was told to refuse delivery so it would be returned to them and once they received them back they would refund me........package has been abandoned at Birmingham

My elderly grandmother accidentally placed an order here thinking the shoes were Skechers. I immediately emailed them, requesting to cancel before the goods were shipped. I was advised they wouldn’t be shipped.

They were shipped 3 days later, arrived an awful quality and now this company are completely ignoring us, no response to the 4 emails they have been sent.

Disgusting, she’s 81 and now can’t get the shoes she needs.

I should have read reviews before ordering.

The shoes which arrived were a size smaller than I had ordered, and because of this and the low quality I requested a return.

A month later, several emails with Sarah Jenkins supposedly in customer support, promises of a return label have never materialised so I am stuck with a low quality pair of shoes and no refund.

Ordered believing they were an English company Took over a month to arrive & when they did were very poor quality Are much smaller than UK sizing Despite stating that they take returns my requests have been met by ignoring AVOID!!

Fake company. Do not spend money with this company. Eventually some very cheap looking and random sized shoes might arrive, but they will not accept a return. They are not UK based. In addition, I think they sold my details on the dark web, as I have had constant dodgy spam emails since ordering. I hope others don't get scammed and read these reviews first before wasting money.

They are a fake company and will steal your money. They don't give you a returns label no matter if you complete the form and keep requesting it. They are not a UK based company, they are based in China with a fake UK office. Sarah Jenkins is the "UK" customer relations person who keeps saying your will get your refund and returns label and they never do. I've been waiting since May. They send the products late and they are of poor quality. Thus company is a scam.

If there was a zero they’d get it. Terrible quality footwear and the wrong size sent. On contacting for a refund a very prompt response to all of my initial 7 emails however obviously AI response and pushing pushing pushing for an exchange rather than a refund. Then the form sent to complete a refund doesn’t submit and ‘Sarah’ replied that the refund request will be escalated 5 days ago. Heard nothing since and my emails are not getting a reply now either. Their website doesn’t exist . Scammers. Somehow this needs stopping.

DO NOT buy from this company, it's a scam. Their website describes them as 'Premium British Footwear’... I placed an order, the shoes delivered were a Chinese brand ’Shangxiding’ and when I tracked the package I could see it was sent from China. They weren't boxed or padded so arrived badly out of shape, they were also not the size I ordered. I tried to initiate the returns process but now am in an endless loop of emails with a clueless chatbot waiting for my return to be approved.

UPDATE: As the Chatbot is now blanking me I had another look at their website and it appears to have disappeared, along with my order invoice. I did another search and found another website Corvine Shop dot com which is operated by the same company as Corvine Footwear (R&DN EMPREENDIMENTOS LIMITED) Corvine Shop home page also states 'Premium British Footwear’ and even incudes a obviously fake photograph of a very plush shop front! I tried to contacted them by email and phone but no answers (surprise!) These people are scammers, and it's all operated on Shopify, (good luck contacting Shopify) shocking! DO NOT BUY FROM CORVINE. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

AVOID buying anything from this company. They claim to be a British brand but the ultimate business owner resides in Brazil. The shoes are imported from China and take 2 weeks to arrive yet nowhere on their website does it tell you this. The shoes smell and are of poor quality for the money. They claim to have a robust refund policy but after 3 weeks my refund request is still to be acknowledged with their customer services rep giving out the same trite responses every time I chase them up. They are untrustworthy. I've reported them to Trading Standards so if you've had any problems please do the same.

Absolutely do NOT order from this website! I have been stung! Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, really poor quality and none fit! Have tried to return them, had some initial conversations with them, first link they sent me did not work but the second one did … however not heard from them since and just gone onto their website which no longer exists!!! I am fuming!

Ordered a pair of size 5 sandals, a size 4 arrived. Paid £49.99. Quality is really poor and as they came from china took weeks to arrive and were all squashed and creased due to poor packaging. Have been trying to arrange a return. Clearly have chatbots doing their emails. No return has materialised. Have raised a claim through my bank and reported to Trading Standards.

As per everyone on here, shoes are too small, tried to return but all you get is an AI Bot called Sarah Jenkins. Total Scam, how can a Brazilian set up a company in the UK and operate it from Brazil, DE SOUZA, Douglas Nunes is his name. Corvine Footwear isn't British and the website should be taken down, DO NOT USE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are NOT based in UK. Absolutely dreadful. Boots took weeks to arrive, the size is wrong so I contacted them immediately, then several times afterwards as I had no response. I've been in touch with the bank about the payment.

If I could rate it a 0 star I would, these are THE worst quality shoes I have ever been unfortunate to have bought so much so I am considering registering the payment with my bank as "fraud". One pair is closer to paper cut outs than actual shoes, the other pair look like something from a joke shop. I have never had such an unfortunate shopping experience DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
