The teaset arrived in great shape with the usual nice packaging. The colour is even nicer than I thought, quality is great and it pours great too- Important for a teapot! a matching cup and saucer would be lovely, mug is great but a little bit big.
Unfortunately the order was a bit late, I suppose this is because the colour is in high demand. I received a message informing me about it. Perhaps I was hoping for a little token something in the package to compensate for the lateness ;)

I have purchased personalised mugs several times. Also a teapot! On each occasion the ordering has been easy and the delivery is efficient. The quality of the items is good and the packaging is reliable. The mugs I bought as a wedding present (I added the date and names) were very much admired.

I gave a negative review to Cornishware recently because I hadn't received my delivery but Cornishware shouldn't be blamed, it was DPD's error. Once Cornishware realised there was a problem Beth in Customer Services dealt with the issue speedily, efficiently and was very apologetic, helpful and kind. The vases received are lovely as is everything I've ever received from Cornishware.

The mugs I bought were smaller than I wanted. I contacted customer services re a return. I got a reply immediately and the refund was exceptionally quick. I will be buying the next sized mug, when the colour I want is back in stock
