Stunning glasses & Excellent Customer Service
I have ordered 2 sets of these wine glasses as gifts. They are incredibly beautiful; it is true they are works of art.
The customer service of this company is also fantastic. Even though they pack the glasses very well, one glass of one of the 2 sets arrived with the bottom of the glass broken off. I contacted the company immediately: they provided a pre-paid Fed Ex return label and sent me a new glass. I am planning on buying more of these glasses for birthday gifts for next year.

I ordered on six occasions from Cornet
I ordered on six occasions from Cornet. Some orders were for me and others were for friends/gifts. No matter what type of glass pieces I gave or used for myself, every time we open the box and saw the masterpieces, everyone were astonished. Definitively correct, they were all crafted by skilled glassmiths and artists which pour their hearts and passion into crafting every piece. I will again order from Cornet in the future.

Stemless wine glasses
I purchased the stemless wine glasses for my niece who got married in Barcelona. She lives in NYC and loves the beautiful colors that shine in the light through the glass she also loved visiting La Sagrada Familia Basilica, my niece stated the glasses are perfect to celebrate and obsessed with the beauty.

The customer service is excellent! They guarantee our enjoyment of their glassware, not just the glassware itself. They figured out a way to replace our damaged piece as quickly as possible. If you have been to La Sagrada Familia, you have to have these!

I love quality and beauty and the thought that someone put their heart and passion into creating a beautiful object.
I received my stemless wine glasses yesterday and immediately had a glass of wine! Such a beautiful glass to hold in my hand, hold up to the light, and drink from. Thank you, thank you to your artisans. I will enjoy these glasses for many years to come.

Sagrada champagne flutes for wedding toast!
We had been trying for months to purchase Sagrada champagne flutes for our daughter and her fiancée to use for toasting at their wedding. They had been out of stock for months. I had been communicating with Customer Care Associate Susana regarding availability. Miraculously, with our last communication, she was able to find a pair for us!! Our daughter and future son-in-law were surprised and delighted, and look forward to showing them off during their wedding toasts. Susana went above and beyond to search previous inventory to find us a pair, and we are truly impressed with her customer service - and with the flutes!!

Glassware is perfect, lovely and refined.
The glassware is everything I’d hoped for and more. I only ordered two glasses to see if they are worth the money. And, they are. I’ll order more. Hoping some of the pieces are available soon. Ordering process easy. Even the package is worth keeping.

Canadian orders beware. Get expensive to order.
Shipping method via UPS to Canada was very expensive. Product shipping, import duties and clearance brokerage fees are in Us Dollars. When I placed the order and got all the final costs associated with buying four martini glasses it ended up being $90 Cdn per glass. Customer care told me to refuse the shipment and they would process a refund. When the refund got processed I would end up being out close to $25 because of the credit card companies charges and the exchange rate fluctuation. Customer card took care of the extra costs for me. If you’re ordering from Canada I suggest requesting the final costs before ordering to avoid disappointment. Hopefully Coronet can figure out a way to get their product into Canada at a reasonable price so Canadians can enjoy their great products. Customer Care has been very good about rectifying this situation.

Kindly note that to make sure that I could be able to address your concerns, I have listed them with answers as follows.
Regarding your shipping and currency concerns, we understand that you’re not pleased with the shipping experience and we wish to have a fulfillment center in Canada to offer lower shipping costs. At this moment our fulfillment center is in the US as most of our customers are from this country, so that's why the price of our glasses is in USD. We have two warehouses there, to avoid having to wait in the delivery of the packages and give a better service.
Unfortunately, to be able to show prices in CAD, we’d have to do a complete restructuring of our processes (we’d need a different website, and open a warehouse in Canada...) and logistically we can’t do it right now. However, we know that we have Canadian customers who are part of our ‘La Familia’, so please rest assured that it’s something we're considering and we’d like to do in the future.
Regarding your concerns about the fees and the return of your package, I completely understand that the requested customs taxes were unexpected. Please note that customs taxes are a requirement as the packages are shipped from our warehouse in the US, so your order is processed as an importation. As stated in our previous letter, we have no control over it as it's being required by the government of the destination country. To improve this situation, we’re currently working hard to have an option so you can know and pay in advance any required taxes, and we expect to have this possibility available very soon.
With that, I'm sorry that you had to wait some days for the refund of your order until we confirmed with the carrier that the order was being returned to the sender. We understand you hadn't received your package and it can be discomforting for you. That's why we are always transparent with you and keep you informed every step of the way in these situations.
Finally, regarding your refund concerns, please note that I was very surprised to learn that you didn't receive your full refund in your account. I’ve rechecked and I could confirm that a full refund of your order in USD was made from our side.
I'm afraid that the outstanding $25 can come from currency exchange or bank fees. You can rest assured that we completely understand this is something out of your control and we’re willing to cover any unforeseen expenses that may occur. Could you please send me the receipt and the details via email so I can reimburse you?
I’ll take note of your comments and I’ll communicate them to the whole team in order to find future solutions. We take your words very seriously and your feedback will help us to keep improving day by day…
I sent you an email on July 15th, however, to this date I haven’t heard back from you. The email might have mistakenly landed in your spam folder, I’m afraid. It’s very rare that this happens, but I’ve written to you again so that we can resolve everything in more detail.
