Received my glasses this morning which I had ordered for a Christmas gift.The glass colours are a lot less vibrant than shown on the website.
Very deceptive advertising on the website suggesting that these glasses are hand blown in Spain, when in fact they were made in China. At that price would not have purchased, how disappointing.
Lastly to be charged an exorbitant fee for safe packaging and delivery, they arrived in a lightweight cardboard box with a thin layer of bubble wrap, not from Spain but from England. Not so very special or safe!

I have received outstanding customer care from Coronet Barcelona. Recently I ordered an Imperial Decanter. At some point the tracking information indicated that my package had been delivered however, I had not received any package. I notified Coronet Barcelona of this situation. They encouraged me to contact the delivery company. After contacting several companies I found the company that had my tracking number. They indicated they had attempted to deliver the package three times and were not able to get into my apartment building and had sent the package back.
I sent this information to Sofia at customer care. She arranged to resend the package using UPS who is set up to leave a message with a place where the package can be picked up from if they can’t get in to deliver.
I have now received this beautiful decanter and I am totally pleased. I loved the customer care I received from Sofia. I felt like part of the Coronet Barcelona family.

It is hard convey how pleased we are with the hand blown stemless wine glasses from Cornet Barcelona. Every time that we use them we will transported back to Segrada and the magical times in Barcelona. I could go one all day expressing my gratitude to Sophia and her associates for getting the glasses to us after my mistake on the proper shipping address. I feel like I have made new friends. Thank you all.

In early November I answered a questionnaire from Cornet Barcelona with regard to my experiences from browsing their website. The only negative comment in my reply concerned the lack of stock currently available for purchase on their website. The main item I highlighted was the continuously 'sold out' warning with regard to their champagne flutes. I soon heard from Susana, the Customer Care Manager, who informed me that she could source a set of 4 after a review of their remaining stock if I was interested. I ordered the flutes and they arrived just over a week later. They are very delicate and stunningly beautiful. I have ordered sets of wine glasses in the past from Cornet Barcelona but these far exceeded my expectations. Sadly, one of the flute stems was broken in transit but again, Susana was able to quickly resolve the issue and send a replacement. Customer care par excellence!

Incredible customer service and product. I ordered their gorgeous wine glasses and accidentally got the wrong one. I emailed them to ask if I could do an exchange and got to talk to a real person !! She made the exchange extremely easy for me. They were so nice and so helpful. Could not recommend it more. Plus the glasses are just amazing. So beautiful! Thank you so much!

My experience with this incredible company, and these beautiful exquisite glasses all started about a year ago when I ordered set for my eldest son and for my mother. And then my mother, who loved them so much, purchased a set of four for all three of her children!
Because blue is my favorite color, I wanted to exchange my four “Sagrada” for the blue “Nativity”. I contacted customer service who indicated I
needed to wait six months because they were in the process of perfecting that particular style. It was so worth the wait When I finally got them. Just love love love the blue nativity. There were a couple of lines in the artwork that were not pleasing to me and when I contacted customer service, they had no problem shipping me a replacement for me to choose whichever ones I prefer. Customer service for all of my exchanges and purchases has been seamless and they bend over backwards to ensure that the customer is getting the utmost service and care.
All the glasses, Regardless of style or color, are absolutely gorgeous , and make a glass of wine even more enjoyable 😆. My mom, my kids, and my brothers are all enjoying the beautifully crafted artistic ! Highly recommend this company and their product for yourself and for gifts for your friends and loved ones.

We loved the look of the Sagrada glasses. Unfortunately, they began to crack even though we took good care of them. I contacted the company and they were very responsive. After shipping the damaged glasses back, they sent two new one's, entirely at their expense. I would highly recommend this company.

Our experience started actually on May 10th, 2024, I received a box from Conetbarcelona, of an order I placed for a wine decanter. The box for decanter, inside was as beautiful as the decanter itself. It was beautifully lined as the decanter was nestled in the box. This was our third order of glassware, the history behind it was as impressive as the glassware itself. My daughter, who we purchased the glasswear for, is envied by all of her friends to have pieces that are not only practical, but can be beautifully displayed as well. She was ecstatic, upon receiving the decanter, for her now growing collection. It is something she can pass down through the family if she want’s too, as well.
However, as far as I am concerned the real treasure was to find a company that is as passionate about their customers, as they are of the products they sell. It is a rare find to have a company so concerned about its customers. I have a strong feeling that this will not be my last purchase either.
You want a company with integrity, about themselves, their product, and interest in their customers? I believe Cornetbarcelona is one of those rare ‘gems’. I’m glad I found them.

After doubting some time decided to purchase the Sagrada Wine Decanter and two Wine Glasses Balloon for a wedding gift.

The only positive thing I can think of is that the delivery went fast from Spain to the Netherlands besides that communication is not great. I have sent multiple emails but only receive answer when they see it fit.

As mentioned before we purchased this for a wedding gift, upon arrival we noticed that the glasses (one more than the other) and decanter detail work looked a bit sloppy. Not the quality I expect for this price and also in their own words:

''After being crafted to the ideal shape, our luxury wine glasses are painstakingly hand-painted by artists with more than 60 years of combined experience and an unparalleled attention to detail.''

We understand that no glass is the same but this about the bad detail work.

I directly contacted the company, they did provide a response within 24 hours which is great but no solution. I suggested swapping everything for a new set over a week ago. Unfortunately I still haven't received a response. A solution would now be too late for the wedding.

I saw the add on Facebook and then went to your website. I needed some housewarming gifts for special friends. I ordered some for them and some for myself. Both my kids are in the wine industry and they travel all over the world. Now I have some exquisite glasses to share wonderful wine in. The craftsmanship is beyond beautiful. When filled with wine they truly sparkle in the firelight or the sunlight. Thank you for your great service.

I received my beautiful stemless wine glasses, however, one glass had an imperfection at the rim. I contacted Cornet Barcelona, and they replaced the glass with a new one. Susana sent a pre-paid label for me to return the imperfect glass. Once it was received, they sent me the replacement. The process was simple, and it shows that the company stands behind excellence and craftsmanship. I now have a gorgeous set of four perfect works of art, and I couldn’t be happier!

I had been looking at the Cornet glassware for some time and decided to buy some for my wife as a present for Valentine's Day.

She loves them! They are so much better when you see them in your hand. The craftsmanship is at the highest level and it's good to know that what you have will be unique as every piece is made by hand.

I can do nothing other than thoroughly recommend Cornet and its products.

This is my 3rd purchase from the 'Sagrada' collection by the master artisans of CoronetBarcelona. The shape and weight is perfect and the colors are awesome.

Drinking from museum quality hand-blown vessels is a unique experience.

I hope they will also add bowls to the collection.

I ordered a set of stemless wine glasses and received highball glasses instead. After I returned the wrong order, Cornet Barcelona was supposed to send the correct glasses. Never received them and was told they were "lost in transit". About six weeks later and numerous emails to the service department, I finally received a refund.

When I saw these beautiful glasses I knew that they would be perfect for our daughter who at one time worked at a fine dinning restaurant. She became a "Member of the Court of The Sommelier" learning all about wine. It was so special to open the box and see the beauty of the craftsmanship of the glasses and the care and beauty in which they were presented in the box .We also purchased the book "CORNET BARCELONA" so she can read the history behind these glasses and treasure them even more. Thankyou to the glass blowers and artists who create and paint these beautiful glasses with such detail, heart and love of their craft!

Customer service was great when I had an issue. One of the glasses we received as a Christmas gift had a piece fall out while I was drying it. I was heartbroken that one of these beautiful glasses was useless. Once they had the order details from the purchaser and a photo from me a replacement was sent quickly and no hassle. I really appreciate their responsiveness when I wasn’t the buyer. I am super grateful for the way they handled it. No shame or blame.
