We used Cornerstone recently for a survey on a 175 year old Victorian farmhouse we are purchasing and have been very impressed with the quality of the survey and advice. Initially I called up and spoke to Merrigan who assured me that they were happy and used to dealing with such properties. Rhys went out to do the survey and exactly 14 days later we had a lengthy and thorough Level 3 Survey back for us to go through. Rhys followed up with a phone call to discuss the survey both generally and to pinpoint a few areas and he has given us peace of mind that we know what we need to do after we have moved in to our new property. Would highly recommend Cornerstone.

Rhys has been so helpful from the very first phone call. His knowledge and expertise about older properties have been of huge value as its helped us to highlight some big issues with a house we are buying. Following the survey Rhys called us and went through the details verbally so we didn't need to wait for the report. This allowed us to get a structural engineer in without delay.
When the report came through, it was amazing how detailed it was and Rhys has been responsive to our queries and questions since completing the survey.

Can't recommend this company enough. From our very first enquiry, Merrigan was very friendly, professional and supportive. Really good report.

First time buyer, I wanted a good quality survey that was clearly not a copy and paste job. Cornerstone surveyors absolutely delivered that above and beyond!

They were clear in communication, I got a phonecall the same day the survey was completed with the headlines of what was going to be on the report. The report came before I expected it and was incredibly detailed. Clearly a lot of knowledge, experience and care went into writing it.

You will not only get good quality information on your house of purchase, you will get welcoming and kind customer service and clear guidance on what to do next.

Very thorough Level 3 survey with a very informative and comprehensive report. Cornerstone were really helpful and took the time to insure we understood the contents enabling us to be fully equipped and ready to purchase our new house

Survey was arranged very quickly, and the debrief over the phone at the end of the day was a very reassuring touch. Rhys, additionally, completed the report whilst working under very difficult circumstances and produced a very detailed and professional report. I was always kept informed of everything, including the date of the survey, initial verbal feedback after the survey was completed, and timescales for production of the report.
