I certainly wish I had come here and read these reviews BEFORE I ordered!
As many have said, their sizing is off. I ordered a Small according to their size chart. It is too large. THEN I find out I am expected to return it to the UK! So international shipping and tracking is a requirement for it… including their crappy foam roller (‘free’ gift). This item makes it bulkier and heavier to return > costs you even more. Then, ‘if’ they receive the return and deem it okay they will refund you… sure they will. Do you trust anything they say at this point?
I don’t.
They offered to send me a XSmall… if I paid them another $20 “for shipping”.
Or they offered to refund me $21 and I could keep their product that I can’t use.
I asked that they send me a return label and said that they could deduct $20 from my refund for the label… they refused. They could have had their product back (no loss for them)… I would have still been out $20!
How was that not fair?
I paid with PayPal and PayPal also failed me by denying my claim. I have been a PayPal customer for ~20 years. I do not think I have ever filed a dispute (besides this one) in that time period.
I will not be using PayPal anymore either… there are plenty of alternatives.

To sum it up. If you order from here, expect to pay to return it to London UK.
Do not trust their size chart because it is inaccurate. Read the other reviews and decide if it’s worth the risk. Notice the reviews mentioning the Velcro etc.
I never had those problems, because I can’t even close mine tight enough to really do anything. It’s worthless.

I ordered this product and tried to return it. This site is different from Core Care Spine. There is only a 7 day return policy. If you return it, it must have not been worn and you have to pay shipping to London. If upon return by registered mail, it is lost at their facility or if there is theft or damage at their facility, you will not receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Very slow shipping, I didn't realize I was ordering from China. 😡 The product did not fit well and they do not have a customer friendly return policy. I'd really like a refund, but that's not part of their protocol.

the instagram ads are veyr convincing leading one to believe that this is an english company. However it isnt, after my order was placed was shipped from from CHINA. took weeks to arrive and wont refund unless i spend a fortune sending this crap back to china. you can buy the same device on temu or alixepress for 5 bucks and it doesnt work. Now have to file a chargeback

Not a good return item
I received mine approximately eight days ago and I went out there sizing chart. And it did not fit so I got a hold of them for returning after back-and-forth emails for five days. They finally gave me their return policy and the address to send it back to. The bad thing is he needs to go back to London England so if you can imagine I would ahead and see how much it would cost to ship well I got their deal at $69 for 2+ the Little back rolling item for ordering. So with finally getting back to me with everything to return them, the shipping would be $49. So they did not mention it was coming from England. I never would’ve ordered it. They use substandard Velcro. So when I pulled on it. I could not even get it to work. They were nice enough to email me back-and-forth, but they’re not nice enough to give me a refund so now I have to go to my bank. So buyer. beware you should make sure it’s not coming from England so that way if it does not work or not built well enough not to American standards you will not have to return it. Have a great day.
