So far, you didn’t have the item in stock when the website showed it as available, then you delivered only part of the order but claimed it was complete, then found the missing elements were lost in transit, and the replacements were not yet in stock. But you do seem to be sorting it out nicely..

Ordered a small trailer and a tow hitch for my garden tractor late in the evening. Received a call from the company the following day and they arranged a delivery using their own transport the next morning. The driver was very helpful and explained the basics of assembling the trailer. Very satisfied with the quality of the products and the price was 20% less than other online companies.

Good customer service, a very prompt reply to a query. Prompt delivery of our hedge trimmer, which was reasonably priced. Delivery of an extension soon after, that was delayed at the manufacturers. Good service throughout.
