Corcoran Property Omdömen

I cannot recommend Kiran at Corcoran Property highly enough! From start to finish, he kept me fully updated throughout the entire process, coordinating seamlessly with everyone who viewed the house. He recommended an excellent solicitor who was incredibly quick to respond, taking a huge amount of pressure off me and my fiancé. Kiran’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process feel effortless. Thanks to him, our house sold in under a month for a fair price — faster and smoother than we could have imagined. If you want someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, Kiran is the agent to trust!

I couldn’t recommend Kiran highly enough. He made the whole process of selling my house incredibly easy and quick. I was kept fully updated the entire time and never once felt unsure about what was going on.

Kiran organised all the photos and videos of the house and took care of every viewing, which made the process completely stress-free for me. From listing the property to selling it and having the money in my account took just 12 weeks — an amazing job from start to finish.

Corcoran Property recently sold our house in 2 weeks of it being on the market, Kiran was very professional and showcased the house beautifully. The process was seamless from start to finish and took the stress out of selling our house.

Would use his service’s again!

It's always a pleasure to work with Kiran on property projects. He knows his stuff when it comes to the housing market, and has clear ideas and objectives in mind when recording media with him.
He always maintains excellent communication throughout and pays invoices immediately. I can't recommend Kiran enough!

Kiran was fantastic, always available, went the extra mile for me, since I live in Orkney, but selling in Thurso, he went to the house whenever I needed a contractor in etc.
Never more than a 5 minute wait to get a reply, even when he was in holiday. Loved how the house was marketed on social media, the videos were awesome. Excellent, personal service, 100% recommend.

My experience with Kiran has been faultless. From first contact he was professional while being open and friendly, allowing me two lengthy viewings working around my work hours, and answering lots of questions which were responded to on the same day. He hit the balance of fulfilling his obligations to his client and representing the property in its best light, while also being honest towards me and any queries I had. It has been a pleasure to liaise with someone with integrity and professionalism and he is a genuinely nice person to boot. I would not hesitate to list a property in the future, especially with knowledge of the experience from a buyers perspective. Top marks Kiran 🥳🥳 wishing you so much success!

I found Kiran very professional reliable and always on the ball, he has a very wide and extensive knowledge in the property market and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy property in the future. Kiran is always available should you require any information and is also a genuine nice man to do business with.
