I ordered 6 pairs of flip flops when…
I ordered 6 pairs of flip flops when they were delivered 4 pairs were completely the wrong size!
I have sent two emails trying to sort this out and have had no response.
I go on holiday in 3 days !
It such a shame as I have ordered here in the past and had no problems but this last large order has been a disaster the wrong sizes received are not even close to what I ordered!
Really disappointing.

All pairs were in fact the correct size ordered, however the confusion was due to your assumption that our sizing is in UK sizing, but as we clearly mention on our site and product information, all sizing is in US sizing.

Flip flops never delivered
I ordered a pair of flip flops from Coranova several months ago. The first pair was sent to the wrong zip code. I live in Boston but the flip flops were sent to Dorchester ( yes a part of Boston but not close at all to Beacon Hill where I live). I sent Emma a photo of the address that was inputed and the zip code and then showed her a photo of where it was delivered. Thankfully I use the shop app to follow my orders. She responded by telling me that Dorchester was Boston so I should check with my neighbors. After a second email explaining that yes Dorchester is a neighborhood in Boston but with a very different zip code and again attaching my photos she responded several days later saying she followed up with the USPS and indeed the flip flops were sent to the wrong address and she would be sending a new pair. Flash forward several weeks and again the same thing happens. I believe whoever is inputting the address is not verifying after. I again send her an email. She tells me she will check with her warehouse and get back to me. Again I attach photos. I tell her at this point I would just like my cc refunded. No response. So I again email her. My most recent response is that she checked with her warehouse. They say they sent to the correct address. Since this is the second time it is no longer their responsibility. It is my problem and I need to check with the post office and ask them to refund me. What???? Who does business like this? In my 54 years I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. Buyer be ware!!!!!

We have truly tried to do everything we can to make sure your package will be delivered to you, we shipped your order twice with no extra charge at all, we made sure the shipping address fully matches the address you supplied, and yet, the package was delivered to the wrong address twice.
In cases like these, a claim should be filed with the shipping courier, as they are responsible for the package to be delivered correctly, we have filed a claim from our end and suggested you do the same, as you deserve a refund for the lost packages. Until an official response is received from the shipping courier, we cannot act further on this case.
We are here to assist with any information needed in the process, and we hope this case will be solved as quickly as possible.
The last thing we want is for our clients to feel disappointment with their purchase!

I am writing another review for Coravana. I wrote one a few hours ago because I had not heard from Customer Service answering some emails I had written. However, it is the weekend and I was acting impatiently. Coravana Customer Service, specifically Emma, got in touch with me and answered all my questions and resolved the issue quite satisfactorily. I am happy with the customer service I received from Coravana and want to retract my previous review, which I wrote instead of giving Coravana enough time to get back to me.

I purchased some goods from Coravana during the 2021 global shipping crisis. Given this, the shipping of the goods was a massive challenge. I found Emma from the Customer Support Team to be an excellent individual to work with on tracing and receiving the goods. Their ongoing support, post-purchase was the best I have come across and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Kia Kaha Coravana and all the best for 2022 Emma :)

We checked your order, it looks like it's been shipped from Europe to Australia a long time ago, and it should have been processed in the Australia Post system by now. It happens very often lately, especially during this season of Holidays and sales, that a backlog of orders occurs in the Australian customs, which causes these delays, this is not something that is up to us unfortunately, you can inquire with them to verify it.
We believe it should turn up any day now,
rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible, we will solve this case quickly! If needed, we will send a new package with door to door, express shipping service.

Nice but overpriced
I ordered sandals and an earring. Just one and it cost $50. It doesn’t look as nice in-person as it does online. Hopefully it will stay in. The sandals are nice but fit small for some reason… even though I ordered my exact size. Overall I like my purchases but they were way too overpriced. It would have to be extraordinary item for me to purchase from this site again. I won’t be following this site or actively shopping here.

Beautifully Embellished Flip Flops!
I’m very happy with my Coravana flip flop purchase. The sandals are beautifully crafted and I received a free gift with purchase. The timing for delivery wasn’t too bad about a week or so. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and would purchase from them again.

Purchased 3 pairs of cheap flip flops with added beads. Paid $397. Terrible product with pathetic return policy of 14 days. After first review invited to return product. Paid $80 to ship product back to Tel Aviv. A month later received $216 partial refund. Do not purchase from this company. It’s a complete scam.

Regarding the quality of the product- our flip flops are made with Havaianas (biggest flip flops manufacturer in the world) and Swarovski crystals (the highest quality crystals in the market), everything made by hand to the best quality, therefore, describing them as cheap flip flops with added beads is just not true.
Our return policy is 30 days from the day of delivery and not 14 days- https://coravana.com/pages/return-policy
If you shipped them to our Tel-Aviv address then this was your choice, you could have sent them to the US address in Houston, it is also shown clearly in the return policy link above.
As for the partial refund, if you believe a mistake was done simply write us to- contact@coravana.com and we will take care of it. We did not receive an email from you. We are always responsive and available.
Again, the last thing we want is that our clients will feel disappointed with their purchase, we will do everything we can to prevent or correct this feeling.
