Beautiful bracelets
I purchased two Stardust leather bracelets at the end of the year and they are so beautiful.they were so beautiful that I came back for a third one! I absolutely love them!! And the earrings were gorgeous as well!!

Very unique and stylish jewellery
I initially came across this company on instagram when I saw a photo of their stardust bracelet. It was divine. Ordered it along with earrings to match. They are only fabulous!! Since then, I have bought a few more items and will continue to do so. Jewellery so beautiful. And as for customer service…. So so good. I have contacted them a few times with a few queries and on advice re various pieces of jewellery. Emma customer service has been most helpful and with very prompt replies. So glad I have found Coravana jewellery!

Worst absolute worst experience I have…
Worst absolute worst experience I have ever had buying from any company. My shipment was 8-12 days I got a gift on the 11th of December, the USPS said they had the label the 13th but they didn’t have the product till the 27th… now you tell me how many days that is. You can’t get a product to the POST OFFICE FOR 15 DAYS…. Then they message me back saying it’s gonna be here January 2nd Saturday… THATS A TUESDAY, I’ve been in a long disagreement with these people and it’s one of the most horrid companies I’ve ever dealt with, but this is gonna go beyond a review. I’m blown away at how this company runs I could care less “oh it’s the holiday season no I get that but 14/15 days for you to get the PRODUCT to the post office! THATS TWO WEEKS. Place sucks I’ll never get a single thing from them again.

First off, we would like to say that we do not apricate the language you use both here, and during your email communication with the customer support team, very unpleasant.
To make it clear to any potential customer reading this review, your order was only one day late, that's all, it was delivered one day after the shipping time frame we commit to, and that's for an order that was placed on the busiest month of the year for online shopping and shipping services, to write the review you wrote is an extreme exaggeration in our opinion.
We were extremely responsive to all your emails during the entire process, and truly did out best to help get the package to you as soon as possible. There is nothing worse for us as a company to make an effort and ship a beautiful product we worked hard on, just to lose a customer due to a bad shipping experience, and we will make it better as we always do!
Shipping is a absolute nightmare
In todays state of econonomy you should be ashamed to be in buisness!!
Chistmas eve update: Someone will not be opening the gift i purchased i bet Corvana had no problem spending my hard earned money on someone they love , Shipping is a absolute nightmare, according to Corvana my gift shiped 13 days ago by USPS yet no gift in time for Xmas. There email response is condescending as others are also waiting and just deal with it. I just don't under stand how I can receive A package from California in 3 days but Texas to the Carolinas is 12 days. Customer service has no idea where my 150.00 purchase is seems alittle shamefull. There response was next order free shipping ? like that will never happen !

Shipping mess
Tracking says my order has not moved in 9 days. Coravana says it's a USPS issue. USPS says they do not even have the package. How can thus be resolved? I am NOT happy.

First off, our deepest apologies for the slight delay, the last thing we want is to keep our clients waiting! To show our commitment to good service, we have offered you a free gift from our store.
We experienced delays with USPS, they did not update your tracking info on time. Your order was delivered just 2 days later than the original time frame, and during the busiest time of the year for online shopping, we do not consider it such a significant delay.
The timeframe for delivery isn't only due to the shipping duration, it also includes our manufacturing process time, as we do not work with large stocks, all of our products are handmade to order, which allows us to maintain a sustainable process, as well as keeping a high level of craftsmanship standard.

I ordered the Dream catcher Bracelet
I ordered the Dream catcher Bracelet - Royal Blue. It just arrived and is well worth the wait ~ it is stunning! The bracelet comes in a gift box, tied with a simple bow, when the lid is opened it revealed the bracelet. The first thing I noticed is the stunning royal blue stone with two additional, smaller stones, flanking each side. A Coravana card is inserted as well. The presentation is a nice touch. The only thing I would add is the time for delivery, it seems a little long, but it may be due to how fast other online shopping websites ship their items out. Don't let that dissuade though....it's well worth the wait.

Hello, I finally received the jewelry I ordered and I must say it is beautiful. I have gotten several comments on how unique and beautiful my pieces are. The only complaint I have is the company communication on the shipping process.
