Hey ladies, stay away from this company.! Tjhe jewelry is cheaply made and not at all as pictured. It was a nightmare to return and I am still waiting for my refund after 6 weeks

Every piece I buy from Coravana is beautiful and I love them. Their designs are unique and I always get compliments on them when I wear them. They are also very easy to work with and their customer service is wonderful

The bracelets are fantastic and my wife loves them. She gets endless compliments on them. We also appreciate that they're made to order and take time to complete and ship. Now for a small issue - while you're offering free shipping, using USPS is a mistake. On both of our orders, we endured multiple delays and little to no information on their tracking system. I'd suggest dropping them and going with UPS\\

I love the design and quality of every piece I have received. There was one piece with a dark silver finish that I would have preferred to be a more shiny finish, but again, the style and quality were excellent. Further, if the shipping could be sped up a bit, the experience would be even better.

I was very nervous to order as I don’t trust the advertisements I see on Facebook. So I ordered 2 pieces and have since added to my collection and so far I now own 8 pieces. Sooo beautiful and I get compliments every time I wear one of the pieces. I look forward to adding to my collection❤️

I had a question which turned into 4 or 5 and Customer Service Rep, Emma was an incredible help.

She was professional, knowledgeable and personable (even though all of our communication was through e-mail).

She helped me by finding a Pearl earring and necklace set - which I know is going to become one of my my favorite pieces…. She also helped me take advantage of a sale which I had missed….

Hopefully she already knows how excited and thankful I am that she was such a great customer service representative. Now I hope that her supervisors will also be aware - although I imagine I’m in a lost list of those who are thrilled with Emma’s thoughtfulness.

Stay Away - This Company is not customer service friendly - Transaction was Aug 26th, amount of the order was $115.20 and another order on Aug 27th, amount of the order $99.80. I received both orders on Sep 9th and inspected the quality of the merchandise. They guarantee the product for returns and I did not like the quality of the jewelry felt it was cheaply made with cheap metal clasps. I decided to mail it back for a full refund because of the quality. I mailed both purchases back on Sep 11th, 2 days after receiving them thru UPS spending $17.32 out of my pocket to make sure I got these back for a full refund. I've since been emailing customer service asking to please give me a date that they started processing the refund. They never gave me a straight answer stating, "As noted in our return policy, refunds will be executed once we receive it and takes up to 14 business days to process plus 7 days for refund to reflect on your account.". I then sent several more emails asking for the date they will process the refund and the same email message came across never telling me if they processed it or not. I sent another email asking to send me the date that the merchandise was processed for a refund, and this morning this is what was said - "Once the refund is processed. you will be notified/". I'm sorry but I was diligent in getting the merchandise returned promptly and paid money out of my pocket to do this. I expect the company to process the refund by the day after they received my package which should have been by Sep18th. It is now Sep 25th and they are just sitting on this without starting the refund process, not to mention there terrible customer service.

Caravana jewelry is so beautiful. I ordered the necklace and bracelet in pink and get so many compliments. Of course my kids ask to borrow.

The products... are different... a little edgy... but also very feminine no matter that I have a taste for their larger pieces...

I have a number of leather based bracelets, necklaces etc from other makers... all good... but these take that to another level - and matching that with rings/earrings... purrfect!

The customer service at Coravana is excellent. They get right back to you and resolve any issues. The designs are especially unique and extremely eye catching.
