Content quality is very bad. Better use Calude or ChatGpt.

It had a paid subscription and used it a bit, but my login stopped working. Reached out to support via email and via the website form. No response for months even after several messages. Very disappointing. I asked for a refund since I can't login and use the program. Still no response.

Platform was great until i lost my login. tried contacting them and no reply for days. still nothing. Then i see all the 1 star reviews on here. Now i dont even want me login, i want to leave, but i cant cancel subscription because i cant get ahold of anyone from Copy AI. It seems this platform is defunct and they are just collecting peoples money now.

It just stopped responding in my mid project, losing my progress and support was slow to reply. not reliable for urgent tasks.

Extremely disappointed with this platform. The tools are unreliable, the interface is buggy, and basic features constantly break without explanation. There’s no consistency — sometimes things load, sometimes they don’t. Customer support is completely unresponsive, and the overall experience feels like a half finished product. It’s frustrating, time-wasting, and absolutely not worth relying on for any serious work.

This company is the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. Here it is, Tuesday, 6/10/2025, and all of the free AI tools have stopped working. I emailed them about this a few months ago- never got a response- and the AI tools randomly started working again four days later. Now, here it is, Tuesday, and the free AI tools have stopped working AGAIN since Thursday, 6/05/2025. It's been five days. I can see why the reviews for them are so garbage now. Ridiculous. Their customer service is absolutely horrid. Don't waste your time with these people because they waste yours.

*Update- the free AI tools still do not work. It's been a week.
*Update #2- it still does not work and I replied to their unhelpful reply four days ago.

I was an enthusiastic used and ambassador. then the service just stopped working. nothing works. customer service replies about once every 72 hours and even then they mostly gaslight me. They don't seem to want to do anything to help. I will cancel my subscription and now, thanks to everything other users have shared, I will do it with a screen recording of the proceedings and I will report them to my bank to block any kind of transfer to them. What a sad end for a service that used to be good

I cancelled my paid plan months ago and they have continued to charge me every month. When I log in it says I’m on the free plan and there is no way to cancel. I have emailed repeatedly and I get an automated response with links that don’t work and no way of getting a refund. Scam company, do not use.

I used their service for a few months and found it not suitable for what I do. I cancelled my annual subscription and forgot about the. On 1/28/25 I saw a bank charge for $432 from Copy.AI. Since I had cancelled I assumed this would be an easy fix. It wasn't. They didn't verify the cancellation and have now ay of contacting them outside of emails. I have emailed them repeatedly to resolve without reply. I also tried to cancel again (trying to figure put how to cancel is a chore) and still don't know if my cancellation is accepted. DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFO.

Prepaid for a year but their product hardly ever works and they refuse to refund. Do not use this

I also had all my data erased, and my dashboard was ho haywire, but I decided to stick it out. I had some payment issues because I received a new cc number. I decided to pay through my bank. DO NOT DO THIS!!!! The payment went into pending in their system, but I had a receipt, and my payment was deducted from my account, but they have yet to reinstate my services. I received emails back from them giving bot-like responses. I sent a receipt and have had no response. It has now been a week since I paid for the service, and I have not been able to use it. They do not respond to any communications.

Used to be good, now absolute nightmare.

After the recent update, all my saved prompts, projects and infobase are vanished. When logging in to my account, there's no navigation bar at all and clicking any of the features on the front page, like "new chat", I get a blank error page.

The worst thing is I'm not able to cancel my monthly subscription, because I can't get to my profile. Can't reach customer support, all I get is useless bot messages over and over again.

So I'm paying for nothing, without possibility to cancel. Sounds criminal to me.

System worked great for what we were using it for and the team are really helpful.

This was better at the beginning of AI, but I have to say now, I wish I had switched the Chat GPT paid plans this year for my team. Copy AI price is double what others are charging, and when we compare the copy we get, it is much better quality writing at half the price with Chat GPT vs Copy Ai.

Unfortunately, I contacted them 15 days too late and I am stuck in a 1-year contract at $1600+ with Copy AI for my team. Copy AI's refund policy is crazy!

You get 5 days refund time and after that, no matter what length you have paid for, even if you have 11.5 months left, you are stuck. I have been with them a few years, but I will definitely be switching next year to a much lower price elsewhere.

I would just recommend, if you use them, pay month to month until you know whether you love their service or not. Because once you pay for a 1 year, you are stuck.

Was good. Now not so good. I’ve lost all my previous work because of an update with no way of retrieving it. I’ve asked the bots- no joy. I’ve asked the community. Still no joy. The people working there haven’t responded to my questions. Seriously considering taking my £50 a month elsewhere

I have been using their service since September 2023. Earlier service was good. Now, they have been making their interface complex and increasing burden. Recently they added some team space and my previous chats are grouped under personal. Every time I open the login , it will show new team/workspace. There is no option to choose personal space as default one. So i deleted the their decided workspace. Ever since that happened, I am unable to use their service at all. I have 4 months left. Paid advance for whole year at the outset. I also explained them when I sign up with new account, I can use your services. Also, I asked them to transfer my license to new account. Team is not responding properly. Contacted Founder on X, but no response. They just dont bother to revert you. To explain my problem , i shared screenshot video. They are neither want to solve problem nor do they have right expertise. For the first time in my life, I came across with situation where some business company wont revert to their customer. Disgusting!! Unethical and Unprofessional

Since the last update, the tool has become more complicated and the quality of the texts generated has become mediocre. Sometimes the tool even generates incorrect texts.
