Two months ago, all i wanted was an exchange for the jeans i bought, and they haven’t been helping me. All i asked is for an update on the exchange, and they haven’t answered for three days. I know the package has returned because i sent them the tracking number and link. It should never have to be this difficult, like cmon man

I bought the f;ck the internet Varsity and it got stuck in China, I've messaged copping zone on insta and they have been no help.

don’t order if from australia. got held up and still haven’t received items. it’s been over a month now since they arrived in sydney and r stuck in transit. i don’t recommend buying if u are from aus, although i am unsure if i just got unlucky.

Ordered a mystery box, came with holes and stains everywhere. Package destroyed during transport. Waiting an answer from the customer service.

It’s been almost a month and my order still hasn’t come in. I feel as if I’ve been scammed at this point

I ordered a item for about 200$ incl. shipping and after a few days I received a email stating that this Item is not available anymore which is understandable. The problem is that after I asked for a 100% refund they offered me several times to give me the equivalent store credit. I got no response to the demand of a full refund and haven’t got a refund until now.

I will update or delete this rating if I receive my refund to be fair. Order #28656

NEVER order something from Coppingzone if you want to be sure to get your money back after refunding. These people are just scammers. Worst customer service ever. Emailing back and forth for over 4 months now about an order which I returned in April. Still got the shipping receipt, sent it to them many times. I know it has arrived. They make me explain the problem over and over again, acting like they’re dumb but they’re just stealing your money. Their responses are just laughable, if you forget about the fact that they stole money from me. Be warned :)

Eine Baseballjacke/Collegejacke bestellt für 127 Dollar. Nach 3 Wochen wurde keine Jacke, sondern ein Stofffetzen geschickt, der vielleicht 5 Euro wert ist. Ich hoffe, ich bekomme über meine Kreditkarte mein Geld zurück. Absoluter Beschiss!! Finger weg!!

These people are straight up scammers. I'm pretty sure the positive feedback on here are farbicated by them. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!
For me, I bought green pants from them in June 2021. After no futher updates, I send an email to ask what was going on. Turns out the pants were 'lost' in shipping. Fast forward to Jan 2022, I tried to get a reshipping (they gave me the options, turning out that it wasnt possible) and a refund (told me I could get it) but still haven't recieved any, due to some 'delay'. I have a 6 months email exchange to back this story up.

Es wurde sehr schnell geliefert (aus China nach Österreich in Zwei Wochen!) Außerdem sind alle Artikel so wie beschrieben und die Größenempfehlungen auf der Website bei den Produkten haben genau gepasst und dass bei Jacken, Hosen und Pullovern!
Kann die Kritik wirklich nicht verstehen, oder die schlechten Bewertungen, einfach genau anschauen und Größenempfehlung beachten.

Stay away from this webshop unless you are 100 % certain their product is a suits your need.
If you need to return the item, you will have to go through the hassle and cost, to ship to the UK outside the EU at your own expense.
In my case, the cost of shipping to the UK exceeded the cost of the product I wanted to return.
Needless to say - I'm not happy

They clearly dont know the law, as they promise refound and returns, but wont allow it.

I am currently trying to get an exchange off this company, which they have agreed to because I ordered the wrong size. Despite my tracked parcel arriving there over 1 month ago, they have not let me know that it has been received, nor have they given me any confirmation that I will be receiving the exchange. In fact, all communications have been ceased and they are now ignoring my emails, Instagram messages and WhatsApp to leave me out of pocket and with no assurances I will get my item or money back. Be careful when buying from this store.

I ordered some pieces from the Harsh and Cruel website in June and am yet to receive my order. I've contacted them multiple times but they're yet to help me with my problem.

The shipping time was really long but I understand because of the current situation, I ordered pants, the materials are cheap but the design of the pants is really cool, fit perfectly.
