I worked with Jennica. She delivered great customer service. I am someone who asks a lot of questions. She demonstrated flexibility and understanding and didn't try and rush me off the phone. There are usually fees charged by the credit card companies on top of the Copper Rock fees. In effect you’re paying up to 11 or 12% on a zero interest card.
My assigned Copper Rock advisor, Bailey was very helpful throughout this process.
