It’s not noisy, which is nice, but it works best in bigger spaces. If you’re using it to cool a entire room, it might not be the best option. For personal use though, it does the job well enough. I use it mostly for sleeping or when I'm gaming on my pc

I've been using the Coolzy-Pro for a couple months now, and It's been helpful during the hotter days. It's easy to move around, and It cools down the area where I'm sitting fairly quick. I like that it doesn't use much energy as my power bill hasn't gone up much.

Quick responses to my questions. Easy to order online. Polite and courteous service....

I tried the product, it didn't work, and I hoped to return it.

This company has a no-returns policy. Their product is a scam and if you buy it, it's a "gotcha."

Acheté il y a un an. L'appareil convient à peine à 1 personne qui se tient assise devant. Il chauffe beaucoup plus la pièce qu'il ne refroidit le coin où l'on se trouve, même avec un déflecteur et un tuyau pour évacuer la chaleur... En outre, le refroidissement se met en standby dès que la température ambiante approche les 40 degrés, c'est-à-dire quand on en a réellement besoin ! Inapproprié à l'usage dans un bateau ou une caravane !

The unit require the hot air to channel out from the windows or room to work better. As hot air tend to go into cold zone due to the law of thermodynamics, it doesn't work well without the long tail (exhaust hose which is only sold separately). It is not power efficient. For my use case I require the short tail instead of long tail but I have a hard time trying to obtain this add-on from the team.

The support is slow to respond to email too or from any other channel. It can take up to 5 days or longer with no response. Don't expect prompt assistance from the team as they might just remain quiet for days.

*Update: Contacted the support team as per their reply. However, they are rude in reply and unable to provide any additional assistance. Personally, I do not recommend Coolzy to anyone due to their poor services. There are no escalation channel available to feedback any service issue to the management team too.

I bought the unit because my aircon malfunction during that period. However, this is the 1st and the last unit that I will bought from them. I will not look for the team to resolve anymore issue. Probably, they might try to justify their own action again.

Abundando en el tema, añado por la experiencia negativa que ya comente, que esta empres no respeta la ley de consumo española ni de la Unión Europea, la que trata del derecho a desistir de 14 días por compra realizada o contrato firmado con las excepciones lógicas y lo digo por experiencia pues me paso a mi, no hablo de oídas.
No puedo poner enlaces a la ley pero es facil encontrarla en Internet.

Inefficient, despite directed straight onto a bed 60cm away, fails to provide adequate cooling. Customer service sluggish at best, upon response, attempted to distinguish this unit as something other than a a/c. Further stating a fee of 100 applies to any possible refund, keep away unless willing to risk repeat of this story

Contrairement au avis négatif (coté FR) Cette petite clim est vraiment très bien, alors oui c'est pas une clim qui se fixe au mur c'est certain mais je trouve que la coolzy pro est vraiment idéal pour des petits espace, perso moi je l'utilise pour ma salle a manger, chambre et bureau. Je l'utilise avec le tuyau et franchement elle refroidie très bien ma pièce, environ 3-4degrés voir plus. L'avantage énorme avec cette clim c'est la conso d'énergie qui dépasse pas 300w. Niveau bruit c'est très faible comparé a une clim "standard" Petite et compact j'approuve. J'en suis très heureux, cette été 2024 risque d'être bien chaud.. Ma coolzy sera prête pour cette été 2024!

The Coolzy is a well built, functionally designed, very portable, cooling system. We use it in our converted van for cooling throughout the day and night. Works really well, quiet, and fits right into a little, out-of-the-way nook until needed.

This portable air conditioning unit is outstanding. First of all it is mobile, and can be moved from room to room as needed. Secondly, it is quiet and highly efficient when directed towards the area that needs cooling. I used it in the bedroom, directed at the bed and also in the office, directed at the desk. Thirdly, it is simplicity itself to use - connect to power and open front and back flaps to start cool air flow.

I had an issue with a switch . Must have come loose during shipping . Not their fault but they were helpful and resolved the issue immediately. They went above and beyond! 💚🐲

Fast shipping, ac works as advertised with one exception, the average power consumption was actually lower than advertised so very impressed with that considering my intentions are to run this off a portable solar “generator” the only issue is the tails for the exhaust are cheap pieces of Sh** so don’t waste $50 or $75 on that “engineer” one yourself. Other than that A+

I purchased the Coolzy Pro mainly as a backup to my central A/C due to power outages. When I received the unit I ran it for 6 hours on my battery generator. It performed flawlessly and cooled better than expected. The unit does exactly what it is designed to do and gave me cooling for double the amount of time of other similar units. When I had questions, support staff was quick to answer and very professional and customer focused.
