Ordered a sweatshirt for a xmas present on Nov 20. During the checkout process, i was told it would arrive Dec 11-18. On Dec 7, according to their web site, my order was still not processed, so I wrote them and told them to cancel my order, since it had not been processed yet, therefore I should be able to cancel according to their policy. Their reply was that it was already in the production process, so it couldn't be cancelled, even though when I tracked my order on their web site, it still said it was not processed. Amazingly, the next day, Dec 8, I got an email from them saying my order was shipped. This was obviously a lie as i did not receive it until Jan 15. I should also mention that there is no phone number to contact them, only by email. They will never get my cash again

Terrible company to deal with. Order Tee Shirts on November 27, 2020 and still not delivered and nobody at this company cares. They got my money and they do not care if I receive my order to not. Stay away from this company!

The sweatshirt logo is about 1/3 the size of what it’s shows online. It’s about 4 inches by 4 inches and covers not even half of the front of the hoodie. Literally the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent
