I love that I can have cookie banners for only my users in the special privacy zones. Everyone else doesn't see banners. It's amazing.

Their system is quite detailed, but not overwhelming. I recommend this plan to anyone looking for a geo targeted cookie banner system.

Korzystam z Cookie Script już od ponad roku i mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że to jedno z najlepszych rozwiązań do zarządzania zgodami na pliki cookie. Panel administracyjny jest bardzo intuicyjny, a konfiguracja banera zajmuje dosłownie kilka minut. Wszystko działa stabilnie, a integracja z moją stroną (i Google Consent Mode) przebiegła bezproblemowo.

Ogromnym plusem jest również możliwość dostosowania wyglądu do identyfikacji wizualnej mojej marki – baner wygląda estetycznie, nie irytuje użytkowników i spełnia wszystkie wymagania RODO oraz innych przepisów o prywatności.

Na plus także wsparcie techniczne – szybki kontakt, konkretne odpowiedzi, naprawdę pomocny zespół. Przez cały rok nie miałem ani jednej awarii czy problemu z działaniem systemu.

Zdecydowanie polecam – solidne narzędzie, które robi dokładnie to, co obiecuje.

We've been dealing with a serious issue where tracking tags don't fire unless a user actively interacts with the cookie banner – meaning no data is collected when users do nothing. This is a fundamental problem, especially when relying on accurate analytics for client reporting.

Despite following all their guidance, providing full access to tag manager for investigation, and repeatedly explaining the problem, we’ve received only slow, generic replies through a chatbot interface. There's no way to speak to a real person, no phone or video support, and no clear escalation path – even when the issue is clearly beyond basic setup troubleshooting.

The platform may be fine when things work, but if you hit a more complex problem, you're effectively stuck. For anyone relying on this tool for accurate analytics or client delivery, the lack of proper support is a serious risk.
