Not very trustworthy
If you have a free subscription and the amount of visitors is a bit too high for a month, they put a big message in red letters in the cookie notice which tells your visitors there is something wrong with your website. Even when you pay for a Pro account, they do not remove that message. Not very trustworthy...
The reply given by CookieScript is incorrect. The message obviously does not always automatically disappear. After I published this review one of the employees manually fixed the problem. So I gave an extra star. To warn and after a while pause the account would be reasonable, putting up a message like this and thus hurting a company's image, does not.

We’d like to clarify that when a user is on the free plan and exceeds the monthly traffic limits, we send reminder emails every two days for two weeks. These messages inform that the service may be interrupted if limits continue to be exceeded and suggest upgrading to a paid plan to avoid disruptions.
If the account remains on the free plan after this period, a red notice saying “Cookie banner will be disabled soon” appears on the website to prevent unexpected service stoppage.
Once a user upgrades to a paid plan, the red notice automatically disappears. If, for any reason, it doesn’t, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
Cannot access help from a real person - AI chatbot is useless
UPDATED REVIEW : Following my initial review, Michael from Cookie-Script got in touch. He was very helpful. Everything is now working as intended following super support from a real person, rather than an AI chatbot.
ORIGINAL REVIEW : I subscribed to the paid version of CookieScript having read lots of positive reviews. However, my experience to date has been very negative. The cookie banner is not working correctly on my website. I have sought support repeatedly via the chat function on their website. I can only access AI chatbot responses which do not resolve my issue. Eventually it said that it would pass me on to a real person immediately. Since then there has been no response whatsoever to my chat either from an AI chatbot or a human. This is simply not good enough from a paid service.
