The team at Cookestates could not have done more for us while renting out and eventually selling our property. They have looked after us for nearly 14 years as a letting agent as well as selling our property, and they have always been brilliant. We will miss them.

Very honest agency, responsive. They were very supportive through the entire process. It was our first property purchase and they made us feel comfortable, always answering any questions we had. I highly recommend them and prefer over any of the big names out there.

Have just completed our fourth property sale/purchase with Cookestates. I first got to know them after being gazumped on a property purchase ten years ago. They searched out an excellent property which turned out to be a fantastic investment. I have just completed my latest property sale with them, and as always they have been communicative, reliable and intelligent and got the job done fantastically even in the currently tricky sales climate, thoughtful and strategic, resulting in a great price for the house that I'm happy with. I have dealt with Cooke Estates since 2008 when my Aunt sadly passed away. I decided to keep the flat at Arbor Court until my children were old enough to benefit. They have been exceptional ….
