This is unfortunate. I've used this service before and it was great. Got it again as I have need for it again and these guys were top of mind as my last experience was great. Ordered a number on the 20th it's now the 25th and I've heard nothing from them. I have emailed to see what's going on and nothing. I would say terrible customer service but there would have to be some customer service in order for it to be terrible so terrible would be a step up from this.

We’ve been using ConXHub for over five years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Whenever we’ve had an issue, their team has responded within an hour and resolved it quickly. Fantastic service and a truly outstanding product.

It has been 3 days since my ticket was opened. I paid for service on 24 January and no instructions or e-mails were sent since! Horrible!

Does not work with bank app! It's still considered as a VOIP number so I couldn't receive codes to make zelle transfers. No refunds.

I asked them if it works with Microsoft Rewards, they replied they use "real" phone number (no they don't, it's just VoIP). They also said they'll refund if it doesn't work. Today I contacted their support and they refused to refund...fkin scammers. Save your money and look else where.

I made a review the 5 of September 2022, I rated this company as 1 star, because I ordered a subscription from them and I haven't received no email whatsoever from them despite being charged the full price, and money taken out of my bank account, i can't cancel the subscription plan because there website is so sketchy, they replied to the review I made 2 weeks ago paying no attention to my complaints, they only responded with "read our scam policy". But didn't include no email whatsoever so I can contact them..

Best user experience I have ever had. This app turned my Real Estate Agent job into a profitable and juicy business. Any query you can have will be sorted in the next minutes, you just need to ask…Thank you very much to the ConXhub team for offering a 5 star customer service.

Currently on our 6th outage of the year for a span of 9 total days currently with no calls coming to our business line. Call will not connect. If you were to call our number right now it would say "invalid number". This is costing me thousands in potential lost revenue as customers can not contact me. Trying to contact customer support is impossible, even trying to go through a sales line as a potential new customer for conxhub no one answers or calls back. TERRIBLE customer service and I would not recommend this service to any company at all. Even during the outage they have taken the payments for the products I cannot use and cannot report a fault to them about.

Can I use your service to verify usa PayPal?

Great solution for who actually needs a REAL phone line in the US, and not a crappy virtual phone which doesn't pass any verifications.
In addition, customer service and support has really rocket skied lately - Alex and Pablo helped fixing an issue I had with the app.
I feel this company is heading in the right direction!

ConXhub offers remarkable service, especially if you have an overseas business or are operating in multiple countries from a single location base. Businesses are required to keep local phone numbers in different countries to utilize various services such as banking etc. ConXhub seamlessly supports our business in ensuring that we have functional local phone numbers in multiple countries and receive all the necessary calls and messages. From my experience, ConXhub has never missed forwarding a single message which makes it very trustworthy and reliable.

Just got connected, the service worked perfectly. I've tried other services and never got a text message, but this one came straight away. So far I really like it. If it continues to work like this, it's a great service at a great price.

Out of 3 SMS I got one.
They promised to be able to get SMS from my US bank for verification, but I never received the SMS.

I tried to contact support, but their ticketing system always stopped with an error, telling me that I didn't provide my email address, although I did.
No way for sending a ticket.

There is no way for cancelling the subscription.

Their app never sends a code. No SMS is coming ever.

Update: I was refunded, but only because of this review. I don't think, this is the way you should handle things. Upgraded to 3 stars from 2.

with my last review, they refused to give a response.
all my numbers dissapeared from the riptech dashboard. My numbers were no more receiving mails and they were still charging me monthly. THEY REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND THEIR CALLS CANT GO THROUGH.

My email and profile were the wrong email address. it was my brother's address. it was right when I reviewed my profile but it seems changed afterward.

I generally don’t bother to write reviews unless the company/service is outstandingly bad. Furthermore, I’m not an effusive person. BUT, my recent experience with ConXhub and the parent company Riptec has been the single most positive experience with a business I can remember. The services offered by ConXhub are numerous, much geared to providing businesses with high end communication services but also helping individuals like myself . My request was simple and the package I bought was ridiculously inexpensive. I needed a cell phone number and SMS code to verify my “humanity” in order to subscribe to an online service. I live in a remote area where cell phones seldom work and have never seen the need for one. Anyway, it turned out that the internet service I wanted to subscribe to was very picky about the phone numbers they accepted….hence my experience with ConXhub/Riptec customer service and their tech folks. Just unbelievably responsive and helpful! I even had 2 messages from their CEO.
They were just determined to help me with this problem website even though I must’ve been one of their lowest paying customers ever. Their tech support staff must be working 24/7 because I was getting help in the U.S. during the wee hours in London.
I had googled the heck out of ConXhub before purchasing their verification service. Their reputation for security and for experience was excellent. I saw 3-4 nasty reviews about their customer service…frankly I wonder what these reviewers were smoking. ConXhub/ Riptec support is nothing short of heroic! I love these guys!

I am truly fascinated about the crystal clear sound, the fact that It's not a VOIP service and that all calls are managed no matter where I am in the world. 100% mobile 📱. Love it!
