Thank you for your feedback. We understand that receiving an unexpected invoice can be frustrating.
However, we would like to clarify that the $93 fee is not charged by us. When shipping internationally, goods are subject to import duties and taxes determined by your country's customs regulations. FedEx pays these fees on your behalf to speed up the delivery process and then requests reimbursement upon delivery.
These are standard government requirements for imported goods and are outside of our control.

US Buyer Beware
Purchased a watch 12/31/2025. They stated watch should be at my US address by 1/9/2026. It's 1/16/2026 and still no ETA of when the watch will arrive.
Contacted customer service 5 times through 1/16/2026. I explicitly stated this purchase is meant to be for a gift, and that it is time sensitive. Asked for a refund if they cannot reasonably fulfill but they stated the watch is already in transit from their warehouse and they would receive it before reshipping to me via FedEx Priority no later than 1/12/2026.
That should've been a red flag as why on earth would they ship to themselves before re-shipping. I suspect they used my prepayment in an attempt to procure through the grey market and/or perhaps even drop ship from the manufacturer of the watch but either way a little odd. The manufacturer also operates in Paris so more on that later.
Fast forward, I did not receive a tracking #, nor was the ship shipped to me. I asked for tracking details. They stated their carrier had an incident due to bad weather with delayed delivery. Interesting, the weather in Paris throughout the week has been very mild and enjoyable. Perhaps its a 5 day flat tire, but I'll leave the rest to the imagination.
1/16/2026 - no watch, balance charged to my credit card, no tracking info, no ETA to fulfill. I'll happily update this thread if anything changes, but I am likely going to simply chargeback as I am not confident this is a reliable vendor with my posts listed all over stateside WuS, Reddit, TRF, and every forum I am a part of.

Great customer service and great product. I ordered a limited edition Spinnaker from Conteenium and the product I received was wonderfully packaged and authentic. Had a few customs delays with FedEx to no fault on Conteenium- who provided all the proper paperwork and even sent me personal copies. Great customer service.

Sometimes, a client can this that the dial is scratched, but in fact, it's only the plastic on top of it.

I placed an order on December 28 and…
I placed an order on December 28 and never received a tracking number. I was in contact with customer support about this from the beginning. However, I hadn’t been given a tracking number for 8 business days meaning my watch never made it to FedEx. This makes me believe they never had it in stock to begin with. The only reason I give them two stars is because I was able to get a full refund.

Item was great, service could be better.
There was a delay in receiving the package. And, customer service took three days to respond, They followed up once with FedEx, and didn't resolve the issue. And, they didn't refund the shipping. However, the package did arrive eventually, and it was great. Thanks!
