Ho chiesto un servizio per il quale l'azienda mi prometteva il risultato per €0,50. Ho pagato ma il servizio non mi è stato reso. Dopo tre giorni Contact Hunt ha tentato di prelevare dalla mia carta di credito €40 senza nessun avviso. Per fortuna che avevo subodorato e bloccato la mia carta di credito. Ho letto che è una normale modalità di questa azienda che poi non rimborsa nulla.
State attenti: NON FIDATEVI!!!
La società ha risposto stupita ed ha chiesto maggiori dettagli.
In realtà li ha tutti, mi aveva già scritto in privato dicendo che mi avrebbero rimborsato. Invece non ha rimborsato nulla e dopo due giorni ha provato a prelevare altro 40 euro.
Ho scritto alla società che ha agito in modo truffaldino e che avrei fatto una recensione negative va. Ma alla mia mail privata NON HA MAI RISPOSTO.
Quindi quando chiede maggiori dettagli non è vero.
Inoltre ho letto che è una dinamica che usa fare .
Spero sia tutto chiaro.

Before payment website informs you that profile data are available (residence, mobile number, e-mail and so on). After the payment the website informs you that nothing is available. No comment!
Here in the following are more details requested by the customer assistance service of Contacthunt.
1. After sending the name of the person you wish to get information, a window confirms the availability of profile data by a tick just close to each item. Download of the report is allowed after payment (€ 0.50). By checking the downloaded report you find out that no data are available because of the privacy regulation.
2. Your purchasing activates by default a contract as subscriber (€ 39,90 for 20 reports) you have to cancel within 3 days if you do not want to be billed and charged. This is not so fair.

I searched for a contact number of an…
I searched for a contact number of an individual. The search engine suggested using CONTACTHUNT. Upon input of the details, CONTACTHUNT app stated your report is ready but I needed to enter into a trial - for less than a Euro.
Upon completion of the trial application process, I read the T&Cs. I did not see anything about an auto subscription, otherwise I would have ceased trial with immediate effect and stopped any auto renewal.
48 hours later, I was shocked to see that nearly 40 Euros had been taken from my bank account without my authorisation, for a monthly subscription for this APP.
ContactHunt, have stated that my subscription is cancelled but refused to return my funds.
I understand that under EU Law, I have a right of withdrawal with a full refund. ContactHunt have refused.
Be aware of this organisation. To add salt to my wounds, the final report supplied stated that they did not have any information regarding my contact detail search!
Avoid ContactHunt.
Your reply is disingenuous. You have the full information and I had already contacted your support.
If you were genuine you would have returned my unauthorised funds. You would of course then comply with EU Law. You haven't.
