Somehow creditors were not notified of…
Somehow creditors were not notified of my agreement so loans and CCs were reported as missed payments and my credit rating took a real bad nose-dive.
Mind you, I don't want any more credit right now... it is just unnerving to see such a decline in my credit score.

Your program doesn't begin unless creditors agree to work with us on your behalf and they have received all payments on time. We understand any impact to credit score is unwanted, but hope you understand that due to the way credit reporting is structured, it is difficult not to experience a temporary dip in score when enrolling in most any financial program.
With that being said, this effect is reversible, and most clients see a neutral or positive net impact after the program is completed. The history of on-time payments you'll build alongside the lowering of your debt utilization rates will improve your credit score. The credit notation from the program will be expunged after completing the program as well.

Pas de service pour les francophones
Je demande un rappel de cette compagnie. On m'appel un samedi pas d'agents francophones. On me promet un rappel en semaine qui ne viendra jamais. Je rappel quelques semaines plus tard, un samedi, pas d'agents francophones pour prendre mon appel. On me repond qu'il y a un agent francophone qui assure le service une fois par mois uniquement la semaine. Ce qui est impossible avec mes horaires.

I was a client for one year……
I was a client for one year (Client#: 414676) and discovered that the company had severely impacted my credit score, delayed payments, and failed to make the final scheduled payment to my credit card creditors, resulting in them contacting me. They have a tendency to inadvertently cause clients to fall behind on their accounts, and they are quick to cancel services. Initially, the agent assures you that you can contact them at any time, but once you sign up, they inform you that your file has been transferred and provide a new contact number. This business operates in a questionable manner, and after seeking advice, I was informed that it is not a highly reputable company. I strongly advise against signing up with them and recommend exploring alternative options. If the company responds to this review, I can confidently assert that their promises are unfounded and lack thorough investigation.

We appreciate your feedback and regret to hear you were not satisfied with our customer service and financial program. While we understand that it can take some time for creditors to fully process payments, all your payments were received by creditors on time and were accepted.
We also have separate teams for people who want a counselling session and need to enroll, and another client services team for those who already have an ongoing program with us. That new phone number you got was not your file being handed off somewhere else, it was a direct line to your new customer service team.
We understand dealing with debt can be stressful and at times difficult to manage given how busy our lives are these days. We did process your cancellation request, but if you ever have questions about your old program or would like information on how we could work with you again, client services is always available at 800-656-4049.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This company made so many promises and didn’t follow through with any. Had accounts end up in collections because they didn’t contact the accounts I added. Absolutely ridiculous & not professional at all, avoid at all costs!

We regret that we could not assist you as much as we would have liked but appreciate the opportunity to be part of your financial journey. While we were successful in negotiating down the interest rates for multiple accounts, we can understand the period between enrollment and the program start can feel uneventful while we work on things in the background. Due to how many creditors operate, it is also unfortunately difficult to include accounts already in collections within our program and creditors can choose whether or not they want to work with us.
We wish you the best moving forward and hope you're able to find a program or option that meets all your needs and goals!
