As I have previously stated, we were very pleased with the installation of the roof and the subsequent lagging and cladding on the conservatory. Regrettably, the roof caused £5,600 damage to our bungalow.
Throughout the process, you have consistently denied that the failure of the roof flashings was directly responsible for the flood and instead attributed it to weather conditions. If you had acknowledged the mistakes made and compensated us for the damage, we would remain very satisfied customers.
The original installation of the roof has been stripped and modified three times, which suggests that weather conditions were not the primary cause of the problem. We hope that the third and final repair has resolved all issues and that we will have a trouble-free winter.
