Shopping in the Nowra Fair Connor shop yesterday 11.05.26 I was absolute delighted & astounded by the wonderful knowledgeable service provided by the obviously experienced service employee who saw me out with a full new suit & two classy dress shirts simply because of her polite, inviting & professional ability to listen to, actually hear, provide & meet my request.
Yes Carley is certainly highly commended & recommended for appropriate additional consideration.

I pop in to the MacArthur store staff where all behide the counter no staff on floor because I was on my lunch break left no one greeted or approached me I looked at stuff and there for about 10-15will not go back there honestly very unhappy not the first time in that store either week before on a Saturday .

Fast delivery, well-priced, and of good quality.

I experienced shockingly rude service from a female staff at the checkout in Parkmore shopping centre. She became visibly impatient and contemptuous because I was taking a moment at her counter. Her disrespect was blatant when she threw the items I didn't want back into place instead of handling them properly. She made me feel like a nuisance for simply being a customer. To top it off, she did not provide a receipt, either printed or via email, without any explanation. An utterly unprofessional and demeaning experience.

CJ IS THEEEEE best sales representative I have ever come across! Nothing was too much for him, despite several customers all wanting his attention and recommendations, he was able to deliver this to everyone with a smile, laughter and a great dress sense ! Well done CJ you rock and any business would be so lucky to have you work for them ! Best service I have ever received in a clothing store EVER!!!!!!!

Apparently I'm not "good looking enough" to shop there. Pity.

Had dinner in party of six on Jan. 10. Server Josh was outstanding; helpful and entertaining. My spouse had a ($40+) steak that was full of veins and had poor taste. I normally have sea bass, but halibut special was recommended. It was dry and had little taste. For the remaining meals, one steak was small and had poor taste. Three other diners reported very good meals. Far from a good report card for a pricy restaurant!

Shopped at the Menai store today for a suit. I was attended to by a helpful guy named Mitchell. This you guy certainly knew his craft and was of great assistance. Mitchell was helpful and it was a first class customer service experience. It was his first day at this store after transferring from the Miranda store. I will shop there again for sure.

I sales lady was very helpful Her name is Alexia and she was so patient with me as I had many items to exchange as I have lost much weight Alexia did not get frustrated or agro at all and just did her job like a professional She should be manager as she knows how to treat customers.

Good shirts. Customer service was great two out of the three times I went, the bad one I was just ignored.
