The explanations are too quick. I would suggest having videos to demonstrate how to do things, as this would make the training easier to understand and follow.

I found the Academize course very useful and informative. It provided clear, practical guidance on allergy awareness, recognising anaphylaxis, using adrenaline auto-injectors, and keeping children safe in school. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge and feel much more confident about responding appropriately in an emergency. A well-structured and worthwhile course that I would definitely recommend.

I was unable to download either the notebook or my certificate because my online security detected viruses.
I also feel that some of the monitoring of learning is a little too repetitive and not sufficiently testing.

Thorough training programme with a variety of aids to keep the learner interested and engaged in the process. Difficult topic to cover with sensitive issues but covered very professionally giving excellent range of materials and outside links to extra reading. much better than other training programmes I have used. Definitely recommend. Very easy to navigate.

- strategies to de-escalate situations and how to rebuild and restore relationships
