I've had it for a whole year it's worked great. The few times I had a little glitche tech support was right there to help. I have to put a special thank you out to Rochelle v. She's been fantastic whenever I had to call.

The quick response to my requests for checking the best carrier have been fantastic. They also have been great to work with on my lack of IT experience and walk me threw my connection issues.

The only reason I am rating this 4 stars and not 5 is because I only used it a month before we packed our camper away. Getting the service was super easy..I love being able to pause it over the winter and like having different service providers. I would definitely recommend to any campers. Switching to a different provider is easy..but my one recommendation would be to have a clear, easy to find process to change cell service provider.

The customer service is second to none. Everyone is very helpful to correct any issue in a flash.

This companies customer service blows most others out the water. Quick responses and straight up answers to your concerns and as always very polite. I like the fact they can log in and quickly make the adjustments to make your internet work better. My recent interactions with Rochelle V. was quick and fast and as always very focused on my issues(thanks Rochelle).

The customer service is top Notch! I can call, text or email and I always get a quick response.

Have had it for over a year and is pretty reliable.

We are fulltime RVers and I work remotely from the RV. Having a good connection is imperative so I attend Teams calls with video. When we move, sometimes the router needs a tweak to get the best throughput for that area, carrier and band. I just shoot a quick text to Connecten and in a few minutes we are getting a great connection. Rochelle helped me today and provided excellent service! Very happy with Connecten.

Just not enough interest in their customers. Good concept…poor technical experience. As much as I’m not fond of Starlink…it’s a far superior service for my needs. Won’t work for everyone because it requires open sky’s for service. But far more reliable then ConnecTen if you have open sky’s in your favor. ConnecTen modem technology is serious lacking.

I'm a full-time RV'r. Connecten is so easy and convenient. They do a diagnostic check on my system every time I change campgrounds to make sure I'm connected to the best source. Always friendly service. Any time of the day or night. I'm really a HAPPY CAMPER!!
