The monthly renewal of services is very timely and accurate. Reminders come out in advance so that you are aware of your renewal and allows for changes if needed.

Excellent company rep call. Explained issues to me very well. Customer service has always been fast and responsive.

Misti was great to work with. She even sent me a text letting me know was working on my issue and she resolve it quickly! I was very happy with the support ConnecTen gave!

To start - Jasper was fantastic! I was having some carrier (T-Mobile) issues with Streaming not working. My ATT hotspot was working fine. Via chat, asked to switch to ATT and then also asked to try Verizon. All services were working with both carriers - speed better with ATT. Super great customer service. no issues with my multiple requests/testing. Fast, prompt reply & changes from Jasper. Most excellent experience.

this business is running by fraudsters and address used in attempt to steal from us. We identified multiple suspicious purchase attempts placed through our website using different names and mismatched addresses. These orders were flagged by our fraud-prevention system as high-risk and were therefore canceled for the protection of our company and customers.

Based on our internal fraud-screening results, please exercise caution if you receive order attempts under the names Shneur Wisnefsky or erez Shrem, particularly when the billing and shipping information does not align. Our system detected repeated attempts with varying personal details, which is a strong indicator of fraudulent intent.

UPDATE: We discovered that your address was recently used in two attempted fraudulent orders by individuals under the names Shneur Wisnefsky and Arez Shrem. It appears they may be using stolen credit card information—potentially even belonging to your own customers—to place unauthorized online purchases. We wanted to make you aware of this situation as a precaution.

We have been a customer for about two years. We have two homes and an RV. We use the box in all locations with excellent coverage. When service is needed, Angel was on line with us and provided prompt assistance and stayed with us until the problem was resolved.

We use Connecten internet for our Full time RV internet. We used to use starlink but it was very difficult to use since we camp in actual campgrounds with trees. This works with Cellular/mobile services so it works a lot better. Customer service helps out, there's a CS rep named Angel who always is on point helping me get a good mobile service connection that works well for our postion and distance to towers.

ConnecTen has been great!
Since we travel around frequently and internet can be spotty in some areas, we are very pleased to have an internet service that can find us the best signal with the best speeds for our area as we move to each location. This evening as our family sat down to watch the Christmas movie, the internet was spotty and kept losing connection. I called ConnecTen and spoke to Angel. She not only got us connected to a better service with no problem, but sent me a text ensuring that we were happy with the signal and quality of the speed. Thank you Angel for your Superb Customer Service and genuine care for us as your customer.

I have been a proud Connecten customer since Sept 2025 and I have always had great connectivity. The few times I have needed assistance, they've been great! Just hop onto the Live chat and they have always helped me resolve the issue. It's usually just a quick reset when I've changed regions in my RV. I definitely recommend Connecten for traveling secure internet wifi or even stationary at home. I do both and it is consistently awesome! Shout out to Angel who helped us most recently!

We take this everywhere, haven't found a place it hasn't worked yet. You call and get a real person every time!! Angel is very good gets us connected to service right away. We recommend this to everyone traveling with an rv, we love it.

I haven't had any connectivity problems in months. For the past couple of weeks, I've had an extremely slow connection and have been dropping offline. Called Customer Service this morning, and it went the way it should. Rochelle pulled my account up and said to give her 30 minutes. If it wasn't working in 30 minutes to call Customer Service back. Speed is back up to 200+ Mbps, and, no connectivity problems. Very satisfied customer.

I use ConnecTen Internet in our camper. We rely on the Wi-Fi to monitor temperature, power and video. Today we were unable to connect to the camper. A quick chat with Angel resolved the problem within minutes. All done remotely. Can’t say enough good things about ConnecTen service and support.

We have been using ConnecTen Internet for the past 5 months while camping. The service has been great for us. The benefit of ConnecTen is we are able to pause the service during the winter months when we are not camping and then in the early spring reactive the service.

The Customer Service at Connecten is absolutely top rate! They are always available, willing and ready to help solve any problems you are having. We truly wish this service would have worked for us, but due to our location, it just wasn't working well.
