We're just short of two years using our 5G router and unlimited service with ConnecTen.
From the southern border in Arizona to the northern border in Minnesota and N Dakota. Service has ALWAYS been quick and effective when we did need some help, even at night on weekends.
Because we had backup power our ConnecTen internet stayed dependable when straightline winds and a tornado interrupted power. We weren't dependent on the RV park internet and knew what was coming.

fast and very helpful, Angel was the perfect and took care of us within minutes.

I setup a call back through email and received nothing all day Friday, didn’t think anything of it and figured it would maybe take a couple of days. I was on the phone at the time and a number called twice that I didn’t recognize so I didn’t answer right away and moments after I received a text message stating that they called twice and was sent to voice mail. Tyler from connecten;

Company : ConnecTen Internet just called 2x and was sent to VM

Company: He will inform the company that attempt through me to reach you with no success

Me: Yes I was on the phone but waited all day for a call yesterday

Company: Well. We got to tou today... we are extremely busy and many people want calls. Today was your turn

Me: Ten four that message made my decision super simple thanks for you time

Company: Glad we could help. Take care...

Now I know people are busy and I was not trying to be rude but the way the text went the company seems to not really care and will get to you when they have the time. If this is the way a company is ran I do not recommend them at all. I’m a department of defense contractor and deal with guys at rv parks because I travel all the time and will let them know and all the government officials I deal with know how this company operates.

Update: The company reached out to me personally and apologized for the actions of the employee. I do not hold this company responsible for the actions of this employee and also they have tried to make things right on their part , but I have already moved onto another company. I’m only raising this to three stars for the companies sake and not for the disgruntled employee who pretty much made threats to me after my review. I’m sorry connecten but the only way I’m taking this down is if that employee is terminated. Your sales people are the face of the company and this show what is truly tolerated.

Great customer service and reliable internet!

Connecten is absolutely terrific hands down. Every support person there is incredibly helpful. Tyler is the salesperson and he will make sure you are well taken care of. The internet speed is fast and more stable than Starlink. It is also less expensive.

We love ConnecTen especially since we work on the road in our motorhome. We have never had any issues over the past 2 years and it even works in Nova Scotia, Canada with lighting fast speed. If you do need an occasional reset someone ALWAYS answers the help line and gets you up and running in a flash.

Simply put. They don't make companies like this anymore

My connection was weak at the RV park early Saturday morning. I called tech support and reached Angel. Within 15 minutes I had smoking fast internet. Thank you Angel and I love ConnecTen!!

Our Internet was starting to slow down and contacted Jasper and in 20 mins he had us running fast again. Love Connecten service and their support!

Angel was able to ping the nearest tower and get our slow connection resolved on a Sunday evening. Always great customer service with Connecten.

Angel was very responsive even though we couldn’t resolve my issue he definitely at least tried, think my LAN cable could be bad.

Undoubtedly, one of the most exceptional services I have ever utilized is the Wanderlust Plan – Unlimited with Priority / 5G CAT20. From the professionalism and attentiveness of Rochelle to the overall quality and reliability of the service provided, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Rochelle ensured that every question was answered clearly and thoroughly, and her level of customer care truly reflects a company that values its clients. Future customers can feel confident knowing they are in good hands.

The service itself has exceeded my expectations. With unlimited data and priority access, I do not have to worry about exceeding usage limits or facing unexpected slowdowns during regular use. Whether I am working on my laptop, streaming content, or downloading large games to my console, the connection remains strong and dependable. The only interruptions I have experienced have been during severe weather conditions, which is understandable and expected with most internet services. Outside of that, the performance has been consistent and reliable.

There are, however, two areas where I believe improvements could be made. First, the $15 monthly fee to pause service feels excessive. During times when life circumstances require temporarily suspending service, paying a recurring monthly fee simply to keep the account inactive adds unnecessary financial strain. If a $15 deposit is required, it would be more reasonable for the service to remain paused until the customer chooses to reactivate it, without ongoing monthly charges during that period.

Second, while the one-time activation fee is typical within the industry and the router involves a one-time rental fee rather than an ongoing rental charge, I believe customers should have the option to own the router outright. Providing an ownership option would offer greater long-term value and eliminate the need to return the equipment.

Overall, despite these concerns, I consider this to be an outstanding service. The unlimited data, priority speeds, and overall reliability have allowed me to download numerous games and use the internet freely without worrying about data caps. I would confidently recommend the Wanderlust Plan to anyone seeking dependable, high-quality service backed by excellent customer support.

My CennecTen Internet service works really well at my home, even when my cell phone service does not. Tyler is always so helpful and personable anytime I need help.

We are full time rvers. And love Connecten Internet. We have stayed in wooded areas and also places that is hard to get phone service. But able to connect Connecten Internet with it. Love it. Definitely get a hold of Tyler. He will answer all your questions. Also Angel, Jasper and others are great with helping. I highly recommend Connecten Internet. Been using Connecten Internet for almost a year.

Angel was quick to help me, as always. I appreciate the quick, competent service. It’s always a pleasure.
