I have not made a purchase, yet. But have to wonder why your address is listed as Club 49, a bar with bad reviews that sounds like a sex tourist rip off judging by reviews...is this one of those "virtual"offices and you are all in Australia...must take a while for orders to come through?

Speed of delivery and quality items
The speedy delivery,the quality of the items and ease of ordering,very happy with price but still wish you did smaller cartons not everyone has storage space for 6 packs

A mistake.
The product is superior to other brands I’ve purchased from stores and after trying with one pack decided to purchase the 12 boxed pack, which was a mistake in as much as I don’t have room in my flat to store them. It would be helpful if a smaller pack was available.

Excellent products
I ordered the youth pants for my autistic grandchild, they are brilliant, they fit perfect and we have no leaks my grandson said they are so comfortable to wear. Very good customer service , quick delivery and they came in discreet packaging.

Pads
I use pads which I find are more comfortable than the pull ups. The only problem I find is that the adhesive isn’t strong enough which can lead to embarrassing situations. However this is something I need as I get older so will persist for now. When they stay in place they are comfortable enough.

Delivery is awful
Delivery is awful. Company is let down badly by Evri who deliver their products.
3 times order has been delayed by a week. And once products were missing.
Won't be using again as too unreliable.

I needed "just in case" pants which I have found in the dailee pant range. The blue pants are very comfortable and easy to put on. The delivery has been very quick and well packed. Parcel can be left in my porch even in the rain. Very pleased with this product.

Look good and my son said they were comfortable however he leaked through them both nights he wore them so, not so impressed on the absorbency which was why I bought them due to them saying they hold a lot.

We're sorry to hear that your son still leaked through them. There are a couple of options - we recommend trying a booster pad inside the nappy. This will add extra absorption and has helped a lot of customers prevent leaks from heavy voids.

Wrong pants for me..... oops!
I ordered the slip-on pants which did not fit me. I informed the company and I received a replacement of the pull-on pants which fit perfectly at no cost to me. All communications have been polite and positive.
