Concept management is a pleasure to deal with.

They were very helpful when advising me on the disposal options for our out of date computers; what could and could not be recycled, and the secure destruction of the old hard drives.

I was very pleased with the refurbished computers that we bought from them, the timely delivery really helped as we were switching to hybrid working.

We had our first collection by Concept in 2023 after a recommendation. Everything was well communicated in advance and arranging the collection was straightforward. The disposal side of things seems to have gone according to plan with no issues.

(Due to being paranoid local IT staff remove disks prior to WEEE disposal and those disks are crushed onsite typically once per year for free).
