The staff was friendly however they used a lot of acronyms which made understanding my situation difficult. I was also a little disappointed that the financial information I was given was not the whole picture, as I had been lead to believe it would be, but instead, the cost to get the tests required before we could begin the fertility treatment process. I was hoping to get a better understanding of the costs and process for the whole endeavor up front.

The staff here is so sweet and really there for you during the whole process!

The staff is so understanding, empathetic and kind. This alone has been a tremendous blessing.

After a very clinical few months at CCRM, we wanted a place that felt more compassionate, more understanding and doctors and nurses with a bedside manner - not strictly numbers and procedures. We found that at Conceptions. From our first appointment with Dr. Grindler, to meeting with our lovely nurse (who responds to my emails!) and all the PAs and phleobpotamists, each person we've encountered have treated us like people, not numbers and statistics. We'll stay with Conceptions.

My husband and I were nervous to come and speak with doctors and nurses with regards to our infertility issues. We had not met with any other reproductive specialists, so we didn't have all the answers to the doctor's questions. We felt humiliated and looked down upon at times during the conversation, and left feeling defeated. IVF was presented as our only option, and while we aren't ready to commit to that, we were presented with a slew of tests "needed" to proceed down that road. This process is pricey, and the nurse and doctor didn't address this with us. It was just assumed that we were going to go down the IVF path. We will move forward with a few more tests that were included in the initial cost, so that we get our money's worth, but I'm very hesitant to return to Conceptions for any additional visits.

Our experience with Conceptions was wonderful. They were with us every step of the way, answering all my questions very quickly. We were fortunate enough to have a successful pregnancy with our first IVF attempt. We cannot thank the staff at Conceptions enough!

Conceptions is absolutely amazing. DR. Greene is amazing. I got pregnant the first time with my first. As pregnant the first transfer with my second. (Currently 15 weeks). The ONLY reason I did 4 stars is because I would get assigned a nurse and my nurse was awful with communication each time. Each time I had a different nurse. When test stuff would be coming back my nurse was always gone. It was so hard to communicate and it got very frustrating each time, I never met either of my nurses actually. Besides that the team was awesome. They become a second family. I highly recommend them. As no one is perfect I truly believe they are the best!!

Dr. Greene, Amanda and all the other staff at Conceptions were amazing! We are very grateful for their help & guidance to welcome our son.

Conceptions was very helpful and kind through our process to start a family. They lets us know what needed to be done and we got to work on all of that right away. We are very happy with our decision to go through conceptions and would do it all over again.

Dr. Bush and the rest of the staff are incredible! Started out somewhere else with many failed attempts at pregnancy. Dr. Bush made it happen! We only had 2 embryos to work with, which can be very nerve wracking, but both embryo transfers were successful! My wife and I have also referred many of our friends to Conceptions after their failed transfers, and they have also had great success!

My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with the care and guidance we received at Conceptions. We switched to Conceptions after having had a negative experience at another local clinic, and we are SO glad that we made that decision. We went through reciprocal IVF (we used my wife’s eggs and donor sperm, and I am carrying the baby) and worked with Dr. O’Shaughnessy. We feel like the care we have received all along the way has been top-notch, from the administrative staff to the nurses and lab techs to the team of doctors. We are very happy to report that, with one IVF cycle, we are pregnant with our first baby! Conceptions has been amazing!!

I had a terrible experience with Conceptions. It started when I first booked the appointment—the receptionist asked which location, and I chose the PSL location because it was closest to my house. She said the earliest appointment they had was 6-7 weeks out, so I took it—and later learned that it took so long because that location is only open one day per week (???) This was kind of annoying, because I would have chosen a different location if the receptionist had told me that on the phone, but whatever, I shrugged it off.

At our appointment, the nurses were nice but the doctor we met with was cold, dismissive, distracted. She immediately recommended IVF without running any tests or bothering to get to know us or our unusual fertility situation, which was weird and off-putting. I had a bunch of blood taken, and asked when/if I should call to follow up on my results. The staff assured me that THEY would call ME, and that I shouldn't try to interpret the results in my online patient portal myself. We left feeling kind of defeated and stunned by the doctor's demeanor (she literally ignored us as we were leaving and saying goodbye to the nurses, which was awkward since the office was otherwise completely empty)—and then we waited. And waited.

Several weeks later, I called to follow up on my test results (because I could see that they had come in via the patient portal, but didn't understand what the numbers meant) and also because they had told me to call on Cycle Day 1 to book an ultrasound. I left a voicemail, but no one called me back. The next day, I tried a different phone line and left a message. No one called me back. I called several more times, and even sent an email to someone I'd communicated with prior to my appointment, to see if I could get a response that way. Nothing. It's now a full week later (a month after our appointment) and no one has called me back, and now the window to book the ultrasound is obviously past, which is very frustrating.

This clinic completely ghosted me, and made me feel worse during an already stressful time. Meanwhile, the only communications I've received have been from the insurance billing department, and automated email reminders to leave an online review—making it very clear to me that Conceptions only cares about what their patients can do for them, and not the other way a round. I'm disappointed and frustrated and wish I'd never bothered going to Conceptions in the first place. Now I've had to book an appointment at a different clinic and start all over again, minus some time and money. So thanks for nothing, Conceptions. Since I can't leave 0 stars, the 1 star can go to the nice nurses.

I've had good experiences this far. However, I saw on website new male patients could qualify for free SA test. When I inquired about this for my hisband, they said he didn't qualify because he wasn't a "new patient" because I had previously had bloodwork done. I still don't understand how my visit made him a patient.

I love how they take the time to listen, and every time I have an issue or questions they call me right back.

Everyone at the clinic is superb. They listen to any concerns I have and accommodate accordingly. Thank you for taking care of me!

It was a great appointment, I felt Dr Green listened to us and took its time to make himself undertandable. It is like a light on a dark moment.

I couldn’t ask for a more kind and caring team. Even though I know they see numerous patients, I never feel like “just another patient.” They truly seem to care about me, my partner, and our journey.

The doctor did not read our paperwork before we arrived. He was unprepared for our meeting and our expectation was he would recommend a plan. We therefore decided to go with CCRM instead of Conceptions. We paid $160 for an initial consult and we learned nothing from this visit.
